Hi Rania!
One of the reasons why SFI created Sponsors/Co-Sponsors was to help new comers. The Forum was also created to help the PSAs/CSAs who don't have active Sponsors/Co-Sponsors. So now because of different languages sometimes it become difficult for Sponsor/Co-Sponsor to help PSAs/CSAs. Even if we use the "Translate" at the bottom of our pages, some times it doesn't translate well.
Now posting in your native language in the My Country or My Region categories in the forum

Communications using Native Language is helpful, especially if any of our affiliates are not too well with the International Language.

Since SFI is a place to learn, surrounded by our positive SFI community, Native Language is the right start to learn and train our International Language.

A good news for learners.

But if in some cases, like our seniors, if they finds it hard to adapt English, they'll now can still enjoy communicates comfortably in their Native Language.

First, look at your Geneology. Do you have inactive members? Sure you do. Look up their Primary Language. Not English? So one way you might want to use is to direct these people to the My Country or My Region Forum.

If you are not from their country, then you can only direct them to the main Forum where they can see the sub forum categories. But if you are from their country, just send them the URL. Like this for Malaysia; https://www.sfimg.com/forum/threads?forum_id=86

It is not helping you like earning VP helps you - it is more about talking to your country's affiliates and get their point of view and advice.

How will talking to people from your own country in your own language benefit you?

1. It is just easier to communicate exactly what you want to communicate in your own language.
2. Every country is unique - in the forum you can discuss problems / solutions / opportunities and
help each other.
3. You can tell

We have to face the reality that most of the affiliate

of this business is not comfortable of using english as their language.

SFI family have over 2 million affiliates.

but if you notice only a few participating in forum.

I strongly believe,

that it is not because they not aware of what SFI is all about.

but because english is not their language of choice.

Posting our native language in My Country category will give

Communication is always about understanding others and being understood, and your country's forum--and your region's forum--are the places where you're most likely t be understood. These are places where you can find pertinent, relevant information with regard to SFI affiliates where you live... After all, tax law where you live, for example, is likely to be much different than tax law where I do.

Additionally, you may find that people in your area of the world have a different cultural

I think it's a very good thing and deserves to continue

I guess that one of the causes of large number of inactive affiliate is a factor of limited English ability. It seems they have a desire to learn, but when a language becomes a constraint, the desire being gradually lost, and eventually they become passive and finally inactive. Coupled with inactive sponsors,....made new affiliate more confusion, where they must ask when facing difficulties to understand workings on SFI?. When they

To build your business, you need to recruit Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSA) or qualify at a higher level to get VersaPoint (VP) matching and more Co-Sponsored Affiliates (CSA).

The SFI forums are visited by affiliates only, so there is no way to get any PSA there. If you do not totally understand the SFI system, there might be someone who can explain it to you in your own mother tongue. This will help you to build your business. Also, you can be sure you fully understand a concept
