You can never underestimate the importance of the SFI Forum. Affiliates can use the forum to help them in their journey with SFI and form long-lasting connections.

My Country/My Region category was created for discussion of SFI topics specific to the region of an affiliate. For example, my country is Canada. I can join in the North America region to discuss topics specific to our region. All posts must be in English. Other regions of the world with languages other than English can also benefit from this forum section.

How can this forum category (My Country/My Region) help build your SFI business?

- Language is a big factor when it comes to communication. In network marketing it’s a necessity to use the simplest and clearest means of communication and speaking in your native language brings you closer to your downline. You feel at home and at ease as you speak in your native language with your PSAs/CSAs, especially to your new affiliates explaining the A-Z of SFI and TripleClicks.

- With this forum section, the flow of information in your SFI organization is uninterrupted. As Sponsor/Team Leader you can support them effectively in your own native language. You can explain to them certain terminologies such as Duplication, Standing Order, TCurrency, Fast-Track, etc which might be difficult for them to understand, especially for new affiliates. Doing this could propel the growth of your SFI business.

- As you gain new ideas and increase your knowledge, you can open a thread and ask them to participate. It would make a lot easier for all of your downline to participate, instead of sharing them through Team mail or email.

- In some regions, where TCurrency is needed for setting up Standing Order, many affiliates are still confused or don’t trust online transaction. With this forum section you can post a thread to find a trusted TCurrency merchant in your region.

Conclusion

My Country/My Region besides being a great tool to expand the growth of our SFI business, most of us could stand to expand our inner circle of friends. Gain more companions, the kind you share at least one interest with. You can obsess over a common hobby or belief without turning the other person off.

Its a wonderful question, thanks so much for asking.

The idea of creating the Forum was to help brainstorm, solve problems and and help one another, especially those without active Sponsors or Co-sponsors. Now, to make it better, teh "My Country/My Region" category was introduced to help Sponsor direct affiliates question to his/her country fellow. Especially when communication between Sponsors and PSAs is difficult.

So, explaining or interpreting some certain terminologies in SFI/Tripleclicks to our downlines such as Standing Order, Fast Track, Tcredit, Tcurrency, Wave 3 etc in English may prove difficult. But with the Region Forum, you can easily explain what each of the terminologies means.

Therefore, if I can communicate better to my fellow country men who are my PSAs, I can explain the benefits of duplication, advertisement and marketing, also how they can set up their own advertisement campaign.

Through the medium I can explaining how selling Tripleclicks products could bring extra income, especially recruiting ECAs and PRMs.

So many new affiliates find it so hard to trust online transaction. Meanwhile some may be confused on how to purchase Tcurrency. The Forum will help me connect them with a trusted Tcurrency merchant etc

So, its no doubt the "My Country Forum" if well used will help build your SF business. I hope this helps.

Communication in general is key in any business so in the forum people can communicate not just with upline or downline but all other affiliates in general. So being able to post in your own native language I think is allot easier than having to use a translator to post in English. English speakers have no problems reading and understanding the posts so I think that non English speakers will have more fun reading posts without having to translate them on Google.

My native language is English because I was born in the United States but my parents are Hispanic so I speak Spanish as a second language. If I had a team of Spanish speakers I think this would come in handy for me too.

The forum in general is useful to succeed because you find useful information to help build your business and also affiliates can use it to make suggestions to improve SFI or Tripleclicks services. So in this section of the forum people int the same country of the same culture can get together to brainstorm ideas for sometimes overcoming challenges their country may have. SFI is only testing this out to see if it works so maybe you should try it out. Then see how you benefit.

Have you noticed how some affiliates never appear in The Forum? They never post anything. Even some of those who are of high levels seldom post anything?

I suspect it’s because English is not their preferred language and up to now you could only post in English.

I have encouraged some of my affiliates that are obviously struggling to understand SFI to not only ask me for help but also to go to The Forum, ASK SC and A2A. Most of these people are those for whom English is not their primary language. They seldom post and ask for help. Again I suspect its because the only language at The Forum was English.

Hopefully with being able to post in their native language at My Country/My Region categories in The Forum, more experienced affiliates will take part, posting and passing on their knowledge and experience to others, using their native language.

Also at the same time those needing help with their businesses will hopefully feel more inclined to ask for help in their native language from other affiliates in My Country/My Region. They will get help in their native language.

We should also not underestimate the fact that because people will be able to share and communicate with people from their own country or region, camaraderie is likely to develop and this does a lot of good for our businesses.

I believe that this sharing of skills and information in affiliates’ native language will go a long way towards building and growing businesses.

There are various reasons why some affiliates are either not active or not motivated, for example, not understanding certain aspects of this business and language difficulties.

Some affiliates may not understand how to start, build teams, do sales or cannot even pay for purchases at TC because they do not have the required accounts to pay for them and they do not know or understand the services provided by Local pay ECAs. My Country or My Region forum provides an environment where interaction between affiliates from the same geographical/regional or country, cultural and language background is facilitated.

To improve this forum the more, languages common to participants are now allowed to be used in place of English. As you can imagine, solutions to common problems like payment methods, local marketing and advertising methods etc can be discussed, better expressed and understood as a result of using their common language.

So what are the general benefits of these in building your SFI business?

1. You are motivated because of the emotional attachment you may develop when you relate with people from your place or region of origin.

2. You now have the potential to understand how to get your business started and moving

3. You may also develop some confidence that this business is real and profitable by the testimonies from members of these newly found 'family'.

4. You will not be reluctant to signup people to your team from any geographical region or country since you can link them to this forum for much 'specialised' assistance.

5. This will be an invaluable tool for those who wish to localise their SFI business.

As you can see, the addition of this type of forum will be a very valuable tool to enhance our capability of building our dream SFI businesses. However, I must sound a note of warning here; there must be a very thought out monitoring system otherwise it will be a safe haven for cross solicitation and taking away other people's PSA.

Forum basically provides a means or opportunity to:

1. Share your views; voice your opinion;
2. Have a healthy debate on threads created by yourself or others;
3. Raise questions;
4. Seek solutions/clarifications;
5. Suggest changes in SFI systems/Policies/Procedures, etc for the benefit of SFI &
its members;

Since English being the language for communication many members were finding it difficult to do it freely and hence based on huge requests from members, SFI Management has been kind enough to introduce the facility of posting in your native language in the Forum recently (Of course on a trial basis).

The advantages are:

1. You can post freely;
2. You may get replies in your own language;
3. You will gain more knowledge about SFI business;

Disadvantages are:

1. You may or may not get clear, concrete and correct (authentic) answers from other
experienced members belonging to other Countries or Regions;
2. Interaction remains limited with a small group;
3. Chances of Gery's intervention (where required) will diminish;

As for as how it can build your SFI Business:

1. It all depends on YOU;
2. How you will put all the knowledge you gained from the forum, in to action;

Conclusion:

1. Its an additional tool provided by SFI so that you can communicate with people belonging to your Country or Region without difficulties.

2. If you are comfortable in communicating through English, you can still use the regular Forum, which is being used by majority of members around the world; It can help in increasing your
knowledge base;

3. Which ever Forum you use, please gain knowledge & use it to build your business, more and

SFI "family" members are spread over 200 countries around the world; hence, most "members" and "team-leaders" are likely to have "Sponsors" or "Team Members" of different nationalities, some of them may have problems in "communicating" or "participating", in English, in activities, such as, Learning from Training Material, Teaching/Assisting one's downline to "Duplicate" and "Build their own Teams", Participaitng in the Forum, etc.

But, "Language" cannot and should not be a "barrier" for business!


Hence, the "support" facilities like "Language Selection/Translation", sharing in "Regional Language" in the Forum, etc. help both the Affiliates & the Team-leaders in...

i) Expressing themselves, their querries, difficulties, suggestions, tips, etc.will be easier, (particularly for affiliates who feel that they don't get any support from their Sponsors or Co-sponsors and for those Team-leaders whos need advice in building their business!

ii) Better Understanding and Learning of the Business, Keys for Success, Over-coming Hindrances/Failures, etc through the "Experience" of people from the same country/regional, expressed in their own, native language!

iii) Finding good friends with similar business interest, discussing about products/ECAs, advertising strategy, etc. by sharing one's "Knowledge" in local "Language"!

In short, the Key to a Success in SFI is "Communication" and "Conveying the Message" in a "Clear & Understandable" Manner, to one's downline/team-members & teach them to follow the same!

Hence, the recent introduction of posting threads in one's own "Regional" Language is really a "Welcome" and "Useful" Tool, for everyone, the "Affiliates", "Team-leaders" and the "Forum Participants"!

There are many benefits in talking to someone in the same language. The feeling of being the same and race and culture is something that we can use for mutual benefits.


1. You can find real solution to your obstacles from the people who actually went through the same problem as you are. Their answers will be from experience and not just theoretical.

In some areas for example, it is difficult to buy online because paypal is not accepted in their country and their credit card is not accepted online. You can ask around in your forum how they solve this problem and you will get real answer applicable to your situation.

2. You can share methodologies and techniques which are applicable only in your local setting.

Different areas and culture have different approaches of finding affiliates specially on face to face or warm marketing. You can get different tips from people of same situation as you have.

The available technologies also differ from place to place. How they overcome these difficulties is most valuable to you in the forum of same people who speaks your language.

3. You can have the freedom to say what you exactly want and being understood by people who can help you.

Sometimes it's difficult to express our selves in english so if you have question you can post it exactly how you want it. If there is no answer from your forum, you can ask someone to bring it up in the general forum in english and bring back the answer in your forum in your own language. A new feature has been added to our forum which gives the ability for affiliates to be able to post threads and receive answers in their native language. This has been a long awaited improvement designed for those who do not speak or understand English very well.

Affiliates who do not speak English can now participate in the forum and learn from other affiliates who speak their same language. This in turn will help those affiliates understand how to work their home business in SFI and TripleClicks.

SFI is a global business and you will more than likely end up with affiliates in your personal group that do not speak or understand English very well. This new forum system will help those affiliates learn how to work their business thereby making your network of affiliates stronger and more prosperous.

There are currently 22 different regions available that can access the forum in their language. NOTE: If you are not from that country or region you cannot access that section of the forum.

1. We are very lucky to have this feature in SFI to post our thoughts and opinion in the native language and in our country category.

2. By posting in our native language and in our country section, we expose our self to the people of our region/country.

3. It helps us to develop our image and we brand our self on the Internet in general and in our country in particular.

4. People in our region and country start knowing us well. They start building relationship with us and we become more & more famous in our country that helps our business to grow.

5. Imagine if no one in your country knows that you are an online marketer, would you expect someone to join you from your country? The possibilities would be rare. But if you have established your brand name in your country, more & more people would be likely to join you.

6. If you post in your native language more people from your country would like to approach you for help, support and guidance. That’s a great opportunity for you to bring them under your influence.
