Building a down line is the basic way to get all benefits that SFI offer .

As duplication is the greatest way to create profits ,the best way to help them is to explain the same things as you use when you create your own down line .

What was good for you it will be also good for your affiliates !

You read for sure all the Marketing Methods and Aids in the SFI site ,but I feel you need a personal piece of advice .

Also sharing the news on SFI and debate

First and foremost be available to answer questions and to guide them on things they can do to reach the next rank.

Secondly, initiate contests where you award your PSA's prizes, such as TCredits or Gift Certificates for reaching various goals such as reaching EA status, Bronze status etc. Reward them for attaining new badges, or anything else you can think of.

The third thing I would suggest, is to be sure you send at least weekly updates to all your PSA's, and CSA's too,

First of all, we have to be a good example for our Teams. We should do all what we can to Support them if they allow us.Then, if they do that and see it works for you and for them, they will definately want to help their downlines after understanding the benefits of doing that. Tell them working alone can work but it is very hard to be succeful without a successful Team as a Network Marketer. It is also easier to get success and maintain it with an active Team. Tell them it is a must in this business:

Best way is to teach them how you got them. Have always a co op running for the working psas.
They will be motivated to see that you are helping them build their downline.
Teach them about the blog. Tell them to create the blog of their interest instead of telling to have a blog of usual ones.

Social media is now inevitable. Every one has it with their circle. So encourage them to use it for making understand what he/she is doing. Instead of only placing the banners, tell

The best way to help your affiliates build their down line is for them to join a Co-op.

Through this Co-op, they will receive a favorable amount of Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSA) directly into their down line.

The good thing about Co-ops are that they are cheap. You could also start a Co-op for your team.
You will not be disappointed.

The best way to help your affiliates build their downlines will depend on how you developed the connections with them in the first place. For example, if you recruited your PSA face-to-face, then, when he or she is ready to do the same, you can help him/her out when recruiting friends and associates.

Online, it's somewhat different--you don't have the same direct conection. You can certainly build a co-op with your affiliates and share information about effective recruitment tools, advertising,

I will give a very short and sweet reply to this question....

1. Become EA every month.

2. Get 5 sincere and hardworking PSAs every month.

3. Train them to do 1 & 2 above.

SURE SUCCESS...

With this strategy, you will have a good size team of active affiliates. It should me very clearly understood that quality matters but in this kind of business our funnel should be large enough for the quantity also.

Quality will emerge from

There are so many ways one can take to build his or her downlines. These include setting up a standing order of the SBuilder coop or the PSA to Go or both, through buying traffic from ECAs, through advertisement (paid or free), through face-to-face encounters.

The limiting factor remains the large number of inactive affiliates from some of these sources.

The best way to my mind is the face-to-face recruitment. These process have reduced to the barest minimum the level of attrition

Set up one or more co-ops with the Co-op Manager and when affiliates qualify or requalify as EA or Team Leader at whatever level, reward them with affiliates from your co-op(s). When you have five or more affiliates who have reached EA or Team Leader status at any level, reassign affiliates to them. When affiliates see your badges, they will be more likely to do the same things you are doing. Make sure that you tell your affiliates that you have these co-ops available when you send your new affiliate
