Set up one or more co-ops with the Co-op Manager and when affiliates qualify or requalify as EA or Team Leader at whatever level, reward them with affiliates from your co-op(s). When you have five or more affiliates who have reached EA or Team Leader status at any level, reassign affiliates to them. When affiliates see your badges, they will be more likely to do the same things you are doing. Make sure that you tell your affiliates that you have these co-ops available when you send your new affiliate greeting.
