This is a question which should be answered before enrolling an affiliate. It is very clear with the concept itself that it is an online business and internet(either through computer or smartphone)is a primary condition.
However if computer being costlier is not affordable, low price smartphone may be advised.
Also, the member may be advised to look for a cyber cafe nearby for completing daily actions,mails and some useful readings.
The use of internet at cafe may cost him more but that is the kind of basic expenses expected from an affiliate.
Otherwise, looking to the geographical spread of the SFI business, I don't think anything else is possible for you like helping them physically on daily basis. After all its their own business they are developing, we as leaders should encourage and help them to grow but we should not develop parasites.
