Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

I'd say you should try to recruit everyone. Language is not a barrier because this is a global business with lots of language-related tools to help each and every one of us understand and succeed.

To limit your recruitment to english speakers will harm the growth of your SFI business as can be seen on the table below. Observe the biggest native speaking people in the world. These are people that you will miss out on if you limit your recruit to English speakers only.

I think that depends on whether you are using the Internet or face to face methods to recruit.

Either way, your main focus is to try to find serious SFI affiliates, and they are less than 5% of sign ups for most of us. As far as I know, this average is across the board and doesn't really vary by country or language, so when you find an active, eager affiliate I would nurture them with every bit of experience and skill that you have, regardless of language! If they want to succeed there

Recruiting people from all walks of life is advised. You can learn new methods and technology to support your new referrals, what you can not do is determine who will be a success in your organization based on their language skills.

Now here is the reality.

When you recruit people globally you will need to focus more on culture than language as most countries have taught English as a second language for a couple decades now and even a member who list another language as primary

You should recruit non-English speakers/readers to SFI because language is not a barrier in SFI.

At the bottom of each page on the right side corner, there is language translator that can be used by non-English speakers or readers. There are many people who are already members to SFI and there are no complaints about the language translator that is in place. Recruit all human-beings who are over the age of 18 years irrespective of their place of origin or language.

Regardless of whether they were familiar with the English language, anyone who has Internet access has access to the translator google! Many people who deal successfully with this business have minimal knowledge of the English language, I think we need to recruit such people.
Over time and through SFI affiliate learn English language

You should recruit affiliates whether or not they can speak English. We have gone and grown way ahead of this barrier that we now have translating tools in Google and in SFI. We recognize the fact that the lingua franca in SFI is English but then it is a global business meant for every household in the world and nobody should be desenfranchised from the full benefits as a result of race, language or location.
