There are many actions in SFI for which you can earn VersaPoints. Which is the action you should recommend to your downline to focus on and why?

I will encourage them to concentrate on three things: Transfer buying, website sales and action versa points.
1. Transfer buying
Purchase the same trusted products that you normally get from other sources from Tripleclicks.com. These items could accrue you 1500 VP. You can become EA immediately and attain your status every month. Simple!
2. Website Sales
Earn 1500 VP in sales from Tripleclicks.com or refer customers to your online store. New products are added daily and everyone will get what he or she needs. Each product has Versa Points that you need to retain your status. You may not purchase but just referring customers to your shop can generate you 1500 VP or even more and receive your customer’s commission of 45% of the Commission Value.
3. Action Versa Points
You earn points to EA by building your team, and performing your business functions such as To-do-List. They are awarded to all affiliates for a variety of actions as outlined on VP Ledger. You earn points for reading and learning about your business and even for assisting your PSA’s and TEAM Leaders. You also get Versa Points when communicating with your team.
By doing the above they will be able to maintain the status of EA every month.

What would be a good strategy for attracting senior citizens to SFI?

You don't need to do anything drastic to attract senior citizens. They like playing games like cards and bingo. They are more experienced in many ways and more intelligent than some of us because of experiences they went through in life, they will see that SFI is a true honest business.
All that you need to do is to educate them about SFI. That they will be rewarded when playing their games everyday, and also getting cheap items at auctions. Whatever that they will be doing at SFI will be growing their businesses. They will not be doing it for free. They can also win the games.

What is the best way to help people that want to get involved with SFI who do not have time to put into it but have money to invest?

That person can ask one of his family members to do whatever he needs to do in his SFI business. This is internet marketing business.
He must treat it like any other businesses that he has. He can employ people to do it on his behalf and be the overseer of all that the employees are doing. He will be investing his money in it therefore he has to manage it just like any other businesses he might have.
What is the best way to help affiliates in my group who have limited access to a computer?

First and foremost SFI is an internet marketing business. Don't just recruit people for increasing your numbers.
Yes you do have to assist but not to go all out. Every Affiliate joins to develop his or her own business. Helping someone does not mean to take charge of all his or her responsibilities.
Tell them to go and do their daily To-Do-List for that limited access that they have to computers, then issue pamphlets, advertise in local newspapers, door to door visits, tell people about their businesses at functions, through telephones and emails. They must utilize all the available tools of marketing that are available to them.
If they use smartphones or tablets they can easily have access to internet.

Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

You should recruit non-English speakers/readers to SFI because language is not a barrier in SFI.
At the bottom of each page on the right side corner, there is language translator that can be used by non-English speakers or readers. There are many people who are already members to SFI and there are no complaints about the language translator that is in place. Recruit all human-beings who are over the age of 18 years irrespective of their place of origin or language.
