Simple answer - income is earned from the TripleClicks Executive Pool in two ways.

First, your personal actions as an SFI affiliate earn points, called VersaPoints. Each VersaPoint earns you one share from the Pool if you have earned the rank of Executive Affiliate (EA), which requires at least 1500 VersaPoints each month.

Second, after you build your business and advance beyond the EA level you will earn matching shares from the TripleClicks Executive Pool on the actions of the affiliates on your team.

So the larger your team, the more you earn. And the higher your rank, the more levels of matching shares you'll have and the more you earn.
