Should the way you approach prospective ECAs vary by country/region?

The answer, it seems to me, is "it depends".

It depends on your marketing campaign and how you're trying to reach prospective ECAs.

A general marketing campaign to show the benefits of being a TripleClicks ECA would not need to be tailored to a specific country or region.

Similarly, a more targeted campaign that is trying to recruit ECAs in, for example, the retail jewelry segment, does not necessarily need to be tailored to a specific country or region.

How best to promote SFI to prospects who have no experience with online business?

Promote to SFI prospects who have no experience with online business by addressing the concerns anyone would have about running an online business if they have no experience.

There are five concerns that any prospective affiliate will have.

In no particular order, these are the concerns:
1. Time requirements - SFI allows you to build a real business with only a few hours of work each week. 15 minutes daily with a couple hour-long sessions each week can produce real results.

2.

What advice would you give to an SFI affiliate who wants to create and maintain their own SFI website?

Great question, and I would support any affiliate in my downline who wants to create their own website.

Creating a website is a big step forward in building an online business, and like any big step some planning is needed before starting. The planning will help to deliver a well-focused site that gets across its message in a clear way, and to avoid the mess that you see on many websites (bad navigation, clutter, or unclear content and purpose).

One of the easiest ways to

Great question and one which is important to anyone wanting to start an online business and to all of us here at SFI who are team leaders since we'll need to help our team members understand why SFI is superior to other online businesses.

There have been many answer submitted so far and some of them have gone into great detail about the many features and benefits of SFI.

But the simplest and most useful answer to me is right here in the Affiliate Center on the Reference menu.

How do you explain to prospects how income is earned from the TripleClicks Executive Pool in a simple, clear way that they can understand?

Great question.

Simple answer - income is earned from the TripleClicks Executive Pool in two ways.

First, your personal actions as an SFI affiliate earn points, called VersaPoints. Each VersaPoint earns you one share from the Pool if you have earned the rank of Executive Affiliate (EA), which requires at least 1500 VersaPoints each month.

Second, after you build your business and advance beyond the EA level you will earn matching shares from the TripleClicks Executive

Why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing...and what should I do about this?

You have two questions here.

First, why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing? Because it's easy to join, but the next step is a lot harder if you're an internet newbie. Many who join simply do not understand the incredible value that is available at SFI, and they don't understand how to put the parts together to make it work.

Those who don't understand the value are like a native on a remote island. You can show them a $100 bill and explain to them that they can

Great question! Start with an amount you can afford and with the understanding that your advertising efforts are an investment in your business that will pay off, but it may take time to see results.

Once you start getting results from your advertising, make note of which ads and campaigns get good results, and then work on improving those. And when your business is producing income use a portion of that income - perhaps 20% to 30% - to reinvest in the business in the form of more advertising.

Does free advertising work? Yes! It will take a little longer to get results, but it is a great way to build your business. The quality of affiliates from free advertising can be better than from paid advertising. You won't know until you try. For any advertising method you use, keep a record of your results, and try each method at least two or three times to really test it. Adjust your focus using your recorded results as a guide, and keep at it regularly. A steady, consistent effort will

When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

Great question!

Simple answer: NEVER give up on them!

People sign up with SFI for a number of reasons and with lots of different levels of experience, motivation, desire, and willingness to learn.

Their desire to make money online is clear: they signed up. But that's often all we know about them, and the motivation and willingness to learn must come from within. Each PSA or CSA needs to decide for themselves that the time is right to make SFI work for them.

The best place: everywhere you can!

Do a search online for different terms, like "free ad exchanges", "free advertising exchanges", "free text ads", "free safelists", etc. Then try the same searches without "free".

Create a spreadsheet where you can track your ads. For each site you find from one of the above searches, enter a line in your spreadsheet with the URL.

When you sign up for each of these (most require
