The TripleClicks Executive Pool grows by the purchases on TC and is distributed to all SFI members with Executive Affiliate or Teamleader status each month.
How much you gain, depends on how many VersaPoints you had been collecting the past month and which bonuses you achieved with your actions. The VersaPoints are shares of the Executive Pool and get exchanged to real money after each month.
The minimum requirement is to become an Executive Affiliate that needs to be reached each month again.
Upon reaching Golden Fasttrack and later when becoming a diamond teamleader, you will receive a bonus on your months total VersaPoints.
There's one thing in mind: your explanations needs to be adjusted depending on who you are talking to:
- is it an affiliate/teammate?
- how good can you communicate with each other (maybe there are language problems)?
- which field of work did that person before (not everyone understand business language)?
- is the person stressed out / busy?
Those points will show you how to form the most simple explanation that is still clear. If the adressee is interested, you still can go into detail what benefits a higher status brings and how one even earns VersaPoints.
