One thing I have found is that a E-mail from me is often opened where a initial e-mail from SFI ends up in the SPAM Folder on many free mail accounts.

Fact is SFI sends business e-mails in a niche that is notorious for SPAM and has made a lot of enemies over the years out of scammers, cheats, and people who simply didn't follow instructions well enough or long enough to make any money. As a result, until the affiliate logs in and starts their training and gets to the point where they verify

In a word: Absolutely!

Your affiliates need to know that you care about them individually... that they are not just another statistic or another payday for you. It shows them that you care enough about their success to have taken the time to review their profile.

This allows you to get to know them a bit better. You will learn a bit about their background and what kind of experience, if any, they are bringing to the table. You will learn why they joined SFI. And perhaps most

I would say it's a must. But we must be very careful of the content. The gist of welcoming them personally is good but the content of your letter may drive them away and do more harm than good.

To have a good content of your welcome letter use this guidelines:

1. Your objectives is to win their trust and engage them in a conversation. - greet and welcome them in their own language. From their profile you will know where they come from.

You can use online translation

Personalized welcome letter can work wonders when it comes to welcoming your new PSAs and informing them what to expect as a new members of your team.

Start by letting your new PSAs know that their action to join your team was successful and greatly appreciated – give a sincere thank you.

Yes, it is worthwhile to send a personalized welcome letter to your new PSA, most especially when you as his/her Team Leader receive a PSA profile notification. This shows his/her interest

It is worthwhile to create welcome letters with a nice personal touch using the the information from their Affiliate Profile. It makes the recipient feel sincerely welcomed and valued early on.

It is also interesting to know what they say about what they want their sponsor/upline know about them.

You can also check the details under CONTACT, to see which country he comes from, and what dialect or language he speaks.

Starting your welcome letter with a greeting

Absolutely yes where practicable! This is because one of the most effective welcome letters is to give your PSA a sense of personal attention and understanding. This is one of the very reasons we have the Affiliate Profile which is defined in SFI Glossary as:

"A key component of SFI's powerful personalized training and support programs. Be sure to update and edit your profile to reflect current information about your business, thereby getting the best, most pertinent personalized

The brief answer to this question is Yes.

Right from the start, when you 1st make contact with your new PSA you want to make a good impression.

For you to be able to sponsor that PSA successfully and for him/her to flourish in SFI there must be trust between the two of you. You need that PSA to know that you are real, that you care and that you are genuine in your desire t for him/her to be successful. If these come across in your welcome letter and if throughout your communications

Creating individual personalized welcome letters to your new PSAs using the information they provided is a great idea. People like to see the personal touch it lets them feel like they are more of a team instead of just another “down-line” affiliate.

There is a small problem with this and that is when you might have a few hundred affiliates signing up within the month. You will not have the time to personally address each affiliate.

If that is the

It's nice to have a personalized Welcome Letter and that is possible if you have a reasonable number of people in your down line. It's somewhat difficult to keep up a degree of personalization once your numbers increase beyond a certain point. The idea that we work primarily with our workers leads us to develop a rapport with those whom we interact most frequently.

Of course, the easiest way to do this is to compose your main letter and insert certain variables such as city,or country or

I feel it is always worth it to create individual welcome letters to your affiliates! Unfortunately it is not always possible. Do you not enjoy hearing personally from someone of "whom's" company or club you just joined? I do!
But with SFI, you can often bring on 100's of affiliates a day with their PSA to go program. Therefore it is harder to do a personalized welcome email.
I the rely on both genealogy and the movers page as I do this monthly with a standing order.
