With the base of good knowledge, they should study Fast Track benefits in long term perspective. If they understand it, they would 100% go for it. their success is fortified with it.

Having done so, they need to shift their attention to growth model. How they would sustain their growth in SFI? They should start recruiting and developing new EA's. This is here when duplication takes its course.

If you have done all this right, you are already on path of success.But this is not all. SFI offers you much more.

They need to understand the Tripleclick model of business which may appear similar to other e-commerce sites but is very different.As a SFI member you earn valuable VP with each action you do here, helps you grow your business from strength to strength and get rewarded by MRP's for each action. Hi Manohar! Great question! There is so much here on SFI it's hard to know where to begin sometimes - or where to advise your PSA's to begin!

I think the best are:
1) SFI Basics
2) Compensation plan - so they can see how they are compensated
3) Fast Track - so they get the 10% bonus on ALL VP (personal VP AND matching VP when they become team leader)

The Fast Track is the biggest - I always try to advise them to become Fast Track members in the first 10 days, and, if they can, become GOLD fast track so they immediately reach EA2 status.

The key to earning income in this business is duplication and matching VP, which means striving for team leader, and the best way to achieve that is beginning with GOLD fast track.

If they do JUST the actions for GOLD Fast Track (includes 1500 VP SO), they will have 2260 VP. Just a few more actions, they can become BTL. And then save some of those getting started and intermediate actions and they can stay BTL for second month. That's the first TWO months they will get second-home CSA's AND matching VP on any CSA's and PSA's they sign up - PLUS direct commissions and co-sponsor commissions. At the end of the two months, if they've done that, and continue logging in daily, they should see the value and stay with SFI - ESPECIALLY if they find a couple people each month to do the same :)

When new members join SFI, the first steps should be to do all the Actions in Getting-Started that have a plane next to them, as this actions will ensure that:

They have confirmed their registration, have whilisted SFI e-mail, send a commitment mail to you as the sponsor, fill in their affiliate profile, and uploading their photo.

Confirming registration and whitelisting SFI, will ensure the person is serious, as well as you have a good e-mail address to contact the new member

Filling the affiliate profile, will give an idea of why a person joined SFI, as well as what knowledge if any they have with Internet Marketing, as well as what finances are available, if any, so you as the sponsor, can work out a program to each individual

I always tell my new affiliates, to do the first 3 to 5 Launchpad lessons, and than 1 per day, after that, and most important to follow any links on Launchpad lessons

They should also do the Daily Actions, and read the Compensation Plan and Benefits Chart, so they can have an idea of how SFI / TripleClicks works

All of the above should be done within 24 hours of joining, and than each new member should spend at least 1 hour per day, doing the Daily actions, some of the Intermediate and Getting-Started Actions, as well as spending time in the FORUM, and start to do ASK SC.

I have deliberately highlighted ASK SC, as most new members will not do it, from the Daily Actions tab, either because they do not know how to or think it is too much to do for 1 VP, and I always tell new members that this is one of the easier ways of learning about SFI

As a new member, every one should be told that their first month is a learning curve, and not to expect to start earning big commissions, as you have to learn how to crawl, before walking, and walking before running

The first thing an affiliate must do is to white list the email addresses to their upline team and SFI in order to receive emails in the inbox and not the spam. The reason I say this is that a new affiliate does not know how to navigate the affiliate center,so the sponsor and co sponsor is their to guide them. In order for a new affiliate to get started with the to do list they must read the emails they receive so that they know where to begin.

E365: The first lesson they need to learn in the Launchpad is that they are automatically entered into this contest and that they must get the highest amount of Versapoints possible in order to stay above the green line so that they do not get eliminated. For more details they should read the info and the rules and also read day one of the launch pad lesson.

To do list: All affiliates old and new must work from this list everyday to accumulate versapoints. New affiliates become Executive Affiliate the first month by completing all the getting started tasks and the Launchpad.

Red Tabs: Must do this everyday to get 12 versapoints

This is very important because you are supposed to take your time to read and study all materials contained in the Launchpad, to do list,and red tabs in order to learn how to build a solid foundation for your business.

In my opinion, when a prospect joins SFI, he/she is very much interested to earn money to supplement his/her income and be able to improve his/her standard of living.

First of all he/she needs to understand how SFI works, so that he/she will be able to start laying the foundation of his/her own SFI business.

I would recommend him/her therefore to do the following most important list of things to do:

- SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD

As new affiliate he/she needs to focus on SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD to understand core business principles of SFI. He/she needs to acquire these knowledge in order to start on the right path. By doing this, he/she is establishing an important foundation of his/her SFI business. It is only logical to follow the business set up created by SFI, which is a proven system running for over 15+ years now.

- Getting Started Actions
As new affiliate needs to become a Fast-Track member to jumpstart his/her SFI business and start gaining momentum as a business owner. To qualify, he/she will need to perform the following To-Do list:

1, Confirm his/her registration

2. Whitelist [email protected]

3. Complete his/her affiliate profile

4. Send his/her SFI Commitment Message to his/her sponsor

5. Upload his/her photo to the Affiliate Center.

By performing these series of actions, he/she is sending a message to his/her sponsor that he/she is serious in venturing SFI. When new people join SFI, I tell them that the most important things for them to do are as follows:

1. Read. There will be a lot of new information and I encourage them to read and learn about the business. At the same time I also caution them about the fact that they should not allow these to overwhelm them. They are in charge and they can set their own pace regarding how fast or how much they read at any one time, but they must read and understand the SFI and related information. I also encourage them to continue reading and learning even after they had done the Launchpad lessons etc..
Never stop reading, never stop learning.


2. Ask for help. Never stop asking for help. Never be too proud to ask for help. Ask their sponsor, co-sponsor, other upline members, The Forum, A2A etc...Always ask for help if you need it.

The expectations however are that the affiliates need to try and find out the answers or the solutions themselves first before asking. Asking questions about matters for which information are readily available in the Launchpad tells me that the person asking the question has not read the relevant Launchpad lesson.


3. Be active & Be committed. I tell them that if they do nothing, their businesses will not grow and they will not make any money. They are the owners of their own SFI businesses and it is up to them to make them grow. That means being active and being committed to the business. Treat it like a hobby and it will get nowhere. Do nothing and it will die.

4. Log in Daily. It’s important especially in their early days in SFI to log in daily and complete the ‘to-do-lists.’ Not only will they collect the VersaPoints associated with the activities, but doing these is the quickest way to get to know SFI and the systems we use. I also encourage them to take part in The Forum, games and draws, auctions, ASK SC etc...

There are many other important things they must do in their early days in SFI but the ones I have listed above are the ones I consider the most important.

Hello

In my opinion and my experience since I have joined SFI I have found that the most important thing to do when you join is:-

1. Take time to know what are you joining? Do research on SFI
2. Ask questions like, is it a quick getting rich scheme? Get to know the methods SFI is using for you to benefit
3. Why have I joined? Identify the objective and aim for joining this business. i. out of curiosity, you want liberation in your financial state, you were just testing waters or? etc.

Once you can answer the above questions you are then set to work in the business. But how?

a) Commit yourself to the business:-

1. By putting clear goals;
2. By putting time;
3. By putting some form of resources/investment/budget
b) Learn

1. Study the ropes of SFI business
2. Go through the many training resources made available by SFI
3. Make use of your sponsor (contact your sponsor for questions and things you do not understand)
c) Patience

1. It is said that patience is the mother of success. Do not rush through the information, understand it so that you can apply it.
2. Read! Read! Do not limit yourself in reading SFI information only, but be the forum reader, ASC ask community, read how other successful entrepeneur have made to be where they are? Learn from others who have been down that road and popped out on the other side- successful, empowered, and matured as human beings.
d) Work hard
1. Success does not come easy, you have to put your all, some time as you work you fail but do not despair try harder until you see the positive results. My favorite saying goes like this "What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly.-Richard Bach
e) Persevere
Keep a positive attitude and persevere, for perseverance is virtue.
f) Invest
Have a monthly budget that you can afford to invest in your business for without investment you cannot go any further, this I learned the hard way. It is said that to have money you must put it money.

What are the Versa Points (VP)? Versa Points are what you need to get to earn a commission and reach your desired rank, EA, E2, BTL, STL, GTL, PTL, or DTL. There are Action VP (AVP) and sales VP (SVP). The only time you receive SVP is when you buy or sell something online shopping site, TripleClicks.

For starters check Start, Getting Started, and Launchpad. They are colored buttons on this side of your photo. You can translate anything into your own language at SFI. There are two places to see how you are doing and to work from:

1} Your To-Do-List (located in your home - a red card) or
2} VP Leger (located in 'hot spots' in the black tab at the top of your site SFI).

When you go anywhere, you will see a list of tasks to complete. I work from my To-Do-List, but the VP Ledger will give you more information. For example, the Versa Points unseen on your To-Do-List.

Note: I can only check your VP Ledger.

To make VP get started on 1 and 2 above. Each page has tabs either red or black to get there. With black tabs, scroll down the list, choose one to go to that page. If you have a green V with a number inside, click on it to get that # of VP.


Go through your daily tasks on your To-Do-List every day. It only takes about 10 minutes if you do not read everything. Remember to scroll down on every page with a red tab, even 'Alerts' and 'win' for an extra entry to the Daily Grand Prize Contest. On the page where you enter the prize you get links to other sites to your TripleClicks store. The T-Time Contest and Pick- the- Price are free to enter, however, if you want to be entered in other competitions you have to use at least 1 TCredit (or EZ point from New Member Package). Play at least one Eager Zebra game to be entered into another contest. You will earn active VP too.
