The best policy to adopt in the endless attempts to grow a successful down-line is
"Lead by example"
Take yourself & your business as seriously as your life.
Your actions will lead to the desired results in both your business & your down-line.

Great question. My answer is short but sweet.
When they look at your leadership page and see your success, warm welcome message and how long you have been in this business, it tells them there is hope for them to do the same.
Reach out to them and always be honest offering them a direct way to contact you such as E mail.

I don't think it's possible to "get" affiliates to become serious business builders. They will either want to, in which case they will build amazing businesses. Those who don't want to won't do anything and sadly nothing you do will change that.
Keep on motivating and supporting your team. Make sure they know you are always available to help them. The serious ones will become serious business builders :-)
You will have to make your affiliate to log daily and do their "DAILY SFI HOME WORK".
Teach them the importance of reading well about sfi basics ,launchpad and getting started. Rules of success is another portion affiliate should read.When they are well versed with this with the understanding they got from this will move them to next phase that is duplication and from there move on.

Let them know that this business like any other business will take time to grow and to never give up. Make sure they understand what to do and what they must do every day like login their Affiliate Center and do their daily task's.
Inform your affiliates about everything and also let them know what you are doing to grow your business.

I can't make them do it. If they want, they will become serious business builders, if they don't want, they won't be. But as a Sponsor and Co-Sponsor for sure I have to explain about the opportunity and that this is Serious business that needs a lot of effort as any other business. To put it simple, explain and share what you know and do to those, who want to learn.

That ensured support and marketing tools to work but without investment there is no earnings! You must tell them that this brings salary and investment earnings and that only with a serious approach to work can get to the results! People like this approach, now know and can decide whether this is the right job for them! Those who did not go and who stay will surely be your team members are serious! every time I buy my PSA and receive them on that day, on that very moment, I send them a letter telling them my role why I am their sponsor and welcoming them on my team.
I make sure that they understand that I am their to help them whenever they need me and point out to them straight away that it is not a one day get to earn money.

I think the best way would be to first see if they are right for the job. Ask them if they will spare the time at least 30 minutes per day to log in each day to SFI, if they really want to spend time to build a downteam to build their own business. whether they realise this is not an overnight get rich scheme. If they will want to build their team from scratch or whether they can afford to purchase PSAs from ECAs in Tripleclicks. But also I would send every week emails to your movers to show them how to become business builders and leaders.
