Greed has nothing to do with it. This is business and business has a cost.

It is very important that your PSAs understand that SFI is not a get-rich-quick scheme but is, rather, a real business and real business requires an investment in both time and money.

I try to be very straight forward right from the beginning. Never mince words or beat around the bush. Honesty is always the best policy where business is concerned so since you are the one to lead and mentor the new affiliate

To motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status is to explain the benefits of maintaining EA every month.

It is the first of the Ultra-Simple 3-Step Plan. As soon as your downline has achieved EA status, you discuss the next step- that is to maintain the EA rank.

Depending on your downline's goal and desire to achieve more, and how quickly he/she wants to reach the next level, you can suggest a standing order with 1500 VP will help keep his rank every

Be honest! Big difference. Everyone should be told & hopefully understands that this is a business that WILL require your time & effort AND a little bit of investment money.
While it IS free to join SFI & TC's, and you CAN get a lot of points and go up levels and make money without any money. BUT, it will take much longer and you won't make as much.
Any business upstart has well, upstart costs! Capital! And most new business' are told to expect to be in the red or at the

The only way to make it sound as if you are greedy to tell them the only reason you want them to be an EA is to improve your income.

While the buying of any goods by your affiliates is going to gain you commission the whole standpoint of SFI is duplication.

You can motivate your affiliates by explaining to them how they are going to increase both their status and financial position.

If you have a standing order for 1500VP or more and you have affiliates that want

I wish to share this experience to help others understand how well you can use tact to your advantage when you are communicating with affiliates.

I recently found one of my downlines purchasing a pack of NMP. I felt encouraged that he was taking the initiative to understand the concept of SFI and was following the guidelines set out for him. Within a short period of this first purchase be bought another pack of NMP. I watched his second purchase and then decided to comment.

Before you go on mentioning to your downline about spending money monthly in order to maintain their EA status, first consider your example as their Team Leader and how you relate to them.

- Are you setting an example before your downline in regards to your leadership and running your own SFI business?

- Have you been consistently communicating the goal of your SFI organization?

In answering your question, it is important not to focus on spending money but to motivate

Hi Robert,

This is a great question.

The first thing to keep in mind is not to be too pushy or direct, or your team may very well think that the only reason you want them to establish a standing order is so you can collect the commissions off their purchases.

Of course, it is also important to point out that you need to be honest with them. Let them know that you do, indeed, earn a commission from their monthly standing order purchases, but that that is not the reason

Well Robert it is not an easy task to motivate some one to
spend money without Sounding greedy, So many of us pushing
our affinities to purchase a standing order as soon as they
joined here and it turned out to be a turn off.

If it is a duplication learn it from SFI itself.

When I go through the 30 days LaunchPad, there is not even
one place that suggest me to purchase or spend money on
anything, It explained to me the Importance and the value

How to maintain your EA2 Status for as low as $17.01 .

If you are still building your TEAM and your GOAL is just to maintain your EA2 Status, here is a way to maintain your EA2 status for less than $20. Note : Once you have at least 3 Active PSA who reach and are maintaining their EA2 status , I recommend placing a standing order to become a BRONZE TEAM LEADER to benefit from the matching VP that you will get from your Downlines .

FIRST MONTH OF USING THIS PLAN :

You do not have to convince them to spend money. Just convince them to spend their money at TripleClicks. For example, if there is something you spend money on every month, lets say vitamins, try to get the vitamins from TripleClicks instead. I have found that often the items are cheeper and you get more, plus the added bonus of VP and MRP. If you explain this to your downline they maybe more inclined to spend the money. They can also set these items up for standing order, then they will get the
