You do not have to convince them to spend money. Just convince them to spend their money at TripleClicks. For example, if there is something you spend money on every month, lets say vitamins, try to get the vitamins from TripleClicks instead. I have found that often the items are cheeper and you get more, plus the added bonus of VP and MRP. If you explain this to your downline they maybe more inclined to spend the money. They can also set these items up for standing order, then they will get the

You need to explain to them that this is not a "get rich quick" program. Explain that this will take time and commitment along with reading. You also need to explain they may not earn anything in the first few months and may need to invest some money. "You have to spend money to earn money." If they still seem interested after this then have them sign up and help them along the way with tips and emails. Answer any questions they have up front and do not sugar coat things, the

You should participate in the SFI PPA program because it increases your earning potential. Participating in the PPA program can temporarily increase your earning. In SFI it can take several months to earn a significant income because you have to build your team. With the PPA program you can potentially earn a significant income quicker. The only downside to the PPA program is it is only one time income, while if you build a good team with SFI you can generate income of months to come. The plus is

From personal experience I would say yes. Personally, in my first month with SFI I performed every action available. I went through all the launch pads and readings on the to-do list within a matter of days. Within just one week I was a STL. I was excited and thought "if it is this easy why doesn't every one do it?" Then, in my second month I had a difficult time maintaining that status and was only up to BTL. You should encourage them to slow down because there is a lot of information

The most important things for them to do is:
1. Verify their email
2. Whitelist SFI
3. Set up their Affiliate Profile
4. Write a letter their Sponsor
5. Visit SFI basics
6. Start with the first launchpad
7. Visit TripleClicks
8. ASK QUESTIONS--I added this because I have had CSAs and PSAs who are very active the first month, not come back at all the second month and I feel if they would have asked questions and kept an open line of communication maybe they

Is it worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile?

This is a very good question. Sometimes it is difficult to personalize a letter with information from the Affiliate Profile because they have not sone anything with it yet. With that being said, I always write a personalized welcome letter to each of my PSAs and even CSAs. If they have set up their Affiliate Profile then I try to use information off of that, but if they haven't I always write a letter to tell them the important steps they need to follow. I introduce myself and tell them how long
