What are some ways to demonstrate to team members the importance of reading a little daily at the SFI Affiliate Center?

It is important for team members to read each day to gain enough knowledge to help their

new people.It could be scary to be asked questions you have no idea what the answer is.

One way is to put a tip in Stream Post on the Do Do List.

Another helpful way is to put a note at the end of group messages saying
knowledge is power.

Send a personal "I am here to help" card at least once a month.Read their V.P.Ledger
to see where they need

Theoretical and practical too can not force anyone to read if he(she)do not like. But there are ways you can spin around the challenge of determining someone to read more.For example the reading is an exercise for the brain,exercise much better than to move your watch on the one hand to another;it's good to recommend affiliates to read from the start, tell them that reading is one of the keys to success in SFI, to be sure after you red in SFI Affiliate Center them it's best to write them a little

Regular reading has its unmatching benifits in every walk of life. At SFI it has its own importance that it cannot be ignored. At SFI forum you get the enlightenment about excelling at SFI , which you cannot get anywhere else. Affiliates put up their problems and successes for discussion from which other affiliates get solutions and alternate paths to follow to do that job which thay were not able to do before reading at SFI. Experienced affiliates give very handy tips that can turn around your business

In order to encourage your PSAs & CSAs to cultivate the habit of reading articles related to this SFI business, I would just want to highlight the following brief steps:--
1. Get to know each of your PSAs and CSAs personally.( Build relationship with each person).
2. Be a Reader yourself;
3. Note some significant points in certain Articles relating to SFI Business;
4. Try to draw their attention by asking them ‘inviting’ questions on certain articles regarding SFI business;

There's a saying that "a little bit goes a long way." So, by reading a little every day, your brain can simply soak up the informaion like a sponge and stick with you.

Most people assume that they have to read everything at once during their log-in session, but that'll only lead to information burnout and inactivity (we don't want that, do we). One thing I suggest is to give affiliates a small blurb or a nugget of information a day and have them study it for a few minutes.

The important motto to remember in this context is "Reading maketh a full person". Ideally to achieve this important realization, the team members should be encouraged to read the SFI News daily along with details in the weekly Stream and the messages sent weekly to the team members (PSAs and CSAs}. They should also be led to read details in the Affiliate Centre especially the 30 Launchpad lessons and details in the Forum , in order to enable them to understand and digest the important

Good question my dear friend. I believe the best way to demonstrate to our Team members the important of reading a little daily at the SFI Affiliate Center is:

Being ourselves active every day of the month and through out the year. We leave a message daily in Stream post, we ask or answer questions oft in Ask SC, we congratulate the ones who have to be congratulated, we write oft something encouraging in Forum, etc. and while doing this, we tell others what we have learned from the Infos

Hello Friend,

How I would say is to, if you are able to interact with them then you can ask some questions and when they do not know or eager to know answer, you can give them answer.

This way you can share information about SFI and TripleClicks that would help them as part of sales pitch or inspire them to learn more.

You can send them the link about what you want them to learn in your daily/weekly emails.

For example related to the green line, fast track, launchpad lessons, SFI team building should send them immediately to the mail as soon as they register, together with instructions for the initial steps.
