Identify 5 of your Movers and check their Affiliate Profile to see what level of activity they are at.
These 5 will always be featuring on your Movers list, as you can see from their VP Ledgers and in their Afiliate Profile how many people they have sponsored since joining your team.
At this stage, it is now important to give special training to these 5 to become leaders in order for duplication to happen effectively.
They need to be aware of the benefits of the different kinds of leaders they can aspire to become-
If they are very active in sponsoring and shows willingness to try different forms of advertising, they can be on the Top Sponsors Leaderboard. It is a great morale-booster to be acknowledge as such.
As well as Power Rank Leaderboard, VP Leaderboard, VP Streak Leaderboard, Country Leaderboard, E365 Leaderboard and G.C. DistrbuStar Leaderboard, they can be in the Leadership Challenge Leaderboard which can be very exciting and to be recognized by SFI and peers will provide great motivation to their downlines and the rest of the team and strong personal belief.
Once these 5 Movers become Leaders on their own right, you can then focus your attention on the next 5 Movers and repeat the process, until they have also performed the duplication as per the Ultra-Simple 3 Basic Steps.
It sounds easier said than done, but it can be done. With The Plan, just recently introduced, we now have a treasure path to follow that will make it more exciting, fun and fulfilling to be able to move up and achieve our own goals when we are able to help and develop 5 – 10 leaders to be the best they can ever be.
