It is either you make it or you do not depending on the kind of choices you make. As a leader you take responsibility of all that happens within your team, whether positive or negative.
All you need to be aware of, is that if you choose to succeed your team will succeed and if you choose to fail your team will fail too.
If there is any misfortune in the team, the first person you ought to point a finger to blame would be you yourself and you need to ask yourself where was the mishap from and how you could solve the challenging situation.
So how do you get past fear? Just do it! Do not think about it... JUST DO IT!
Obviously there are things you have done in your business that have worked. Keep repeating them until you perfect your actions. And then... that is when real SUCCESS flows in even before you know it.
Actually by just having started your own business at SFI you have already SUCCEEDED because you are one step towards your SUCCESS...
