I have a friend that has taught me a lot. He's never mentioned me being afraid of anything, and just loves me for who I am. When I allow myself to 'use my head' I naturally face my fear. That's the best way to move beyond fear.
Personally I believe fear is more of an issue than success and how you will handle it when you get it because when a person learns to face your fear than that's how you will handle success.
Fear has a way of paralyzing a person or inspiring them to run. I believe that if we continually inspiring them to keep on without mentioning success and rather inspire them to grow in SFI and motivate them to gain as many badges as possible because that will gain them success without focusing on the success. Eventually gaining badges will become a habit, and after awhile when the badges start adding up on their profile they'll start noticing the proud accomplished feeling and by than the habit of earning badges will have been so ingrained they'll simply keep on working it.
I know I didn't know what I'd want if I got success and so I backed off until I found the good feeling of earning badges. After that my next thing I worked on was to write an forum post that Mr. Gery Carson would like. I had no idea how or what to write so to be honest I didn't really try until I found out how easy it was for me to write and just the other day he liked my post and I went crazy happy and everyone around was like: 'what's so exciting?' I laughed and told them. They all shook their heads. Those are the best kind of prospects: the ones that aren't convinced easily and will not sign up right away. When they do they jump in with both feet and start swimming and are your best customers.
