I find the main benefits for me are as follows:

1. I have been able to win auctions and then either sell what I have won, use as a gift what I have won or use the items themselves, all are a fraction of the cost of buying the items outright.

2. I earn MRPs for bids I place, which I have then used to get Ipods, Kindles etc, that I have been able to sell, give as gifts or use. I usually place bids in double MRP auctions to build my MRP total more quickly. Yes I pay for the TCredits used, but by bidding in double MRP auctions the actual cost is greatly reduced.

These are the main benefits for me and that I tell people I talk with, which usually gets them interested, especially when they see I am actually receiving the items I win in auction.

PriceBenders auctions can be a major money saver if you acquire the strategy needed to cut your cost and win auctions regularly. They can even be a great business opportunity for the reseller.

Beyond the benefits for SFI members which are Versa Points and Bid and Build where every 50 bids gains you 1 Personally Sponsored Affiliate, you need to know how these auctions can benefit the every day member. Your personally referred members are the ones who are likely to spend hundreds of dollars a month playing the auctions so you need to know how to they can use the auction to their benefit.

Developing a winning strategy is actually very simple but many over complicate it.

To win you have to bid the right number of times at the right time in the auction. You have to be able to control your cost so you can lose several auctions but still come out saving money or in the case of the reseller, earn a profit.

Since the lowest price buying t-credits in bulk is 29 cents each, the average auction user can place 100 bids and be out $29 in no time. By playing t-credit auctions or Eager Zebra Games you can build up 3-4 times the number of t-credits you purchased or more. When you do this it brings you average cost per bid down.

Example. You buy 200 T-credits at .29 each a spend the 200 t-credits to win 500 Tcredits at auction. You spend another 200 t-credits to win another 500 t-credits bringing your total current credits to 600 Tcredits without spending any more money. Now instead of 29 cents per bid your bids cost just 10 cents a bid.

At 10 cents per bid you can bid 300 times for the original $29-$30 or bid 100 times for just $10 allowing you to bid 100T-credits in each of 3 auctions for 3 different items.

From there you have to learn to watch auctions until the number of bidders fades, and look for trends like fewer bidders or lower selling prices at a certain hour on certain days and get in when the odds are greatest that you can outlast the competition and pull off a win.

Strong auction players will sometimes spend a whole month working on growing their t-credits until their cost per bid is down to a penny per bid. They then target a big ticket auction like a new I-pad Air and can bid a couple thousand times and still be paying less than 30% of the product's retail price when they win. Doing this allows you to either save a ton of money or resell the item for up to 300% mark-up.

The auction has some risk, and not everyone will win, but enough people win often enough that they place T-credits on standing order and play the auctions almost daily and learn to run strategy and win nice items for low cost.

P.S.

The coolest opportunity for me in the auctions is the Silver Pack or Silver 2 Pack where you can often win for under $30 even bidding at 29 cents a bid. You get nearly your investment back in Silver and can often reclaim 100% of the t-credits used to win. You seldom don't break even and holding the silver until it matures is a great way to build wealth by putting your money to work for you. I am shocked at how many of those auctions have a final price of 25% or less of the silver value.

I think one of the primary benefits of Pricebender auctions for anyone is the fact that they can win an item for pennies on the dollar. There is also the FUN of watching the clock tick down and putting your bid in. Playing is fun and quite addicting (one of the reasons Ebay became so infamous)! In addition to that, every bid earns at least 5 MRP (and sometimes 10 on 2X auctions) which can be used to purchase cool items from TripleClicks. I bought two Christmas gifts this year using just MRP which saved me some money!

Secondary for affiliates is the fact that they earn one PSA for every 50 bids they place. Every PSA is an opportunity for us to teach someone how to be successful with SFI which increases our own income.

So to sum it up, assuming your prospect is a non-affiliate: your prospect can have a lot of fun trying to win great prizes. It is a great way to pass a boring, rainy day into an exciting day at home on the computer. Best of all, if they play smart and win, they receive an item that they save hundreds of dollars on such as with the Chromebook or one of the smartphones. The most obvious advantage of the Pricebenders auctions comes in being able to, potentially, purchase items well below retail price, and I'm sure that many of the answers will focus on this fact. However, there are additional advantages that make them worth using every day.

First and foremost you get a single VersaPoint for each and every bid, up to 500 bids a month, so they can be a good way to increase your ranking gradually throughout a given month. I've been known to speculate on a few bids just to keep myself earning at least 20 VP a day and thus keep earning the extra Daily Grand entry.

Second, you also earn up to 10 Member Rewards Points for bids, if you concentrate on the Double Points auctions. These can add up quite rapidly, all by themselves--if you're participating in the full 500 bids, that's 5000MRP, which can be used to get some pretty nifty rewards.

Third, and perhaps most interesting, is the fact that you can actually earn PSAs through the new "Bid and Build" program, which means that not only can you win a product you like for pennies on the dollar, you can earn as many as two PSAs a day this way.

There are a few other items, too, like the "flash drawings," but those are more enticements than they are reasons to bid, in themselves.

Personally, though, I don't focus so much on the auctions as much as I do on the great products available through TripleClicks. Why? Not only are the deals you get SURE THINGS (you don't have to worry about other bidders), you also find products that you can promote, which means that not only are you earning VersaPoints on your purchases (and then more on top of that, when you review items), you're also preparing to make commissions on those very same items. Well, I will tell you what I like about bidding at Pricebenders auctions (the only auctions I participate in) and you can take it from here.

1) I don't mind spending money to have fun and buying Tcredits to bid with usually doesn't break my bank account;

2) There are good, useful things to bid on like my favourites, Tcredit Packs and PSAs;

3) As with i.e. games, every Tcredit bid earns you 1 bonus action VP (AVP are important for BTL rank and above, at least for myself) and 5 Member Rewards Points (MRP.) 126 MRP buys 1 Tcredit. After a healthy round of bidding, I earn a lot of MRP and I buy single Tcredits worth 102 VP each;

4) I prefer NAB (No Autobidder) auctions so that I can place bids, relax and just enjoy the auction. (Until someone comes along and bids like an Autobidder.) NAB auctions can be long but, to me, I find them enjoyable and I wish there was more of them!; and

5) Bid & Build program - I like it because I get a new PSA for every 50 bids (plus 1 bonus AVP and 5 MRP per bid.) I know, I know, I have to spend Tcredits...but what I get is much better than a kick in the butt with a frozen tuna. I have received some PSAs through Bid & Build. I might end up with a Platinum or Diamond Team Leader because I bid.

All you really have to do is list the most recent wins – what the product was and the price that it was won at. If people can’t get excited over that nothing is going work.

One of the important things is to list all the products details such as brand name – locked-unlocked, new or refurbished list the retail price and the amount it was won on the auction.

One of the other benefits is that there is an auction going on 24/7 so time is no barrier. Any day of the week or any hour of the day pick your time to win.

Remember don’t talk about winning PSAs or VersaPoints because your prospects will not know what that means and they are not eligible to receive PSAs and VersaPoints.

Use your Pricebenders Gateway page it has a lot of good information on it. I have that page on my blog and it has received several clicks over the months so I know people are reading it.

Post the results of an auction in Facebook once and a while, people who read it could get interested and click on the link you provided them.

Think of all the things that turn you on about the auctions and write that down to use as part of your advertising.

Copy the information on the daily “Wow” auction and rewrite it into your ads.
