Unfortunately, the most active thing an affiliate does when joining is press the JOIN now button. People are just bored or curious and have no intention of doing anything further with this business. If the word WORK is suggested that is even more reason to not begin which is what happens.

So really what is needed by all working Affiliates is to have a very tough skin. Set your long term goals and just keep going through all the tire kickers, you have a job to do and you can do it!! Once you reach your short or long term goal, just reset and keep going, this is a business that has no limits and that is the secret that most don't stick around to find out.

You have to understand that SFI is just one of many thousand of opportunities on the Internet.
When an affiliate is signed up under you as a PSA, then it's up to you to make a difference.
Introduce yourself. Supply your contact details. Be the mentor they are looking for.

You only have a very short time span to get their attention so make sure you have pre written letters and scripts that
answer their questions and concerns.

In my opinion, they become inactive shortly after joining SFI or even quit, because they think naively that this is literally "program with no cost" in which you can find "easy money". They don't have experience about online affiliate business and their expectations are to high and unreasonable. When they realize that big earning ( 5 active affiliates in your team with 5 more in their downline)is just a possibility which you can achieve with long term work and investment they are disappointed and become inactive.

Most people are just plain curious about SFI mainly because of one word "free", but the reality of having to put in the time and make financial investments; that's another story. Few people want the responsibility for becoming successful, they prefer to stand on the side lines and watch you do it, and then maybe if your success is huge then they may fully commit or follow your actions. The best thing to do is lead as best as you can, set the best examples, and stick to your success plan; have one.
Then what you accomplish will speak for you, hopefully they will then follow the leader to become leaders themselves.

Sadly enough, the main problem is communications; a good example would be “The Tower of Bable.” Sponsors are the welcome mat that expresses the general sentiments of their specific business units. Sponsors must understand that within the business world there is that group of people who must communicate in a unique way in order to be well understood, with this we are talking discourse continuities.
In addition, you would have to guess that a sponsor must have communication skills that include, accuracy, and in terms of the SFI success rules, the sponsor must pay close attention to the official permanence of documents he or she might use to make these connections understood. Again, the language barrier is just one of the main predicaments, which is mainly caused by information overload, and emergence of the “Global Village.” Keep it simple.

People are very curious. Most of them its attracted by your add (the picture or text). Some of them like to click everywhere and they have no idea where they go and what they do. Some of them want just to try. But mostly, they register and then they see their Homepage and have no clue what to do. Of course, some PSA feel confuse and insecure, some of them feel stupid and they give up instantly. Lot of people just want easy money and they don’t understand there ain’t no such thing as a free lunch.

Hi Alvin,

Here are my thoughts:

1) Join free, tools are free;

2) The To-Do List is too easy or it's too much like work (same for their own SFI business);

3) They need or want quick money that SFI doesn't just hand to them;

4) They were paid to sign up;

5) Misleading advertising i.e. offering a report and signing up instead;

6) Possibly misleading ads;

7) They are unmotivated/lazy;

8) They think SFI isn't real and they don't trust it, especially if they have been burned before;

9) They don't have money or don't want to invest; and

10) No screening.

My suggestions are to show a sample To-Do List to prospective signups, even get them to do it, and get them to confirm their email beforehand. Other information could be verified, therefore, in total, more active affiliates.

That is a really nice question.
To my concern i think mostly affiliates join SFI the are not really sure what the doing and what the joining for.

And the most of them they so desperate of money so the looking for a quick cash and to found that SFI is not that optional is where the become very lazy to understand what is all about. That is just of my optional about what most affiliates go off truck so quickly.

Can be more reason some the really don't understand SFI at all and the don't know about marketing the just heard to someone or trying to.

The experience gained so far in SFI , gives me the right to say that many affiliates who we are automatically assigned when SFI legally have the following status of registration : Registration Confirmed : No / Affiliate Profile Completed : No / Whitelisted mail @ sfimg . com : No . They are part of the formal affiliates who actually do not would need to be introduced in gift package by SFI . They never return SFI , that probably do not care . So some settings must be made in SFI program so that they will be taking in business if their minimum confirm registration .
Regarding the category of affiliates that after several interventions become inactive , I can say that in any case they go in " hot reserve " of each sponsor or co -sponsor . You never know who will be their future intention .
Many of them are afraid of the amount of information you need to acquire it from day one to be able to do the actions of VPLedger . Only after you do, notice that could be helped by a video posted on the site for this purpose. It is true that his problem was fed with the sponsor that film , but being with commentary in English is probably not always helpful as an affiliate who does not understand the language.
Another category of dropouts is registered among those who start although beautiful, is crashing at a time with the message that must complete an order. They quit, but it is not known if not return .
Probably there and dropouts among those affiliates who have done something after expenses to maintain status EA2 , notes that are in loss and accept the resignation withdrawal . I was in the first three months of activity not know what to say about this situation.
In any case I think would need to modernize their SFI affiliate system . Could make a gift to $ 5 sign that can be raised when an income participant say $ 50 . I am convinced that this would improve adherence to SFI . I put this proposition and administration SFI address but do not know if it was read , analyzed and taken into consideration.

I have little or no knowledge the cause for affiliates becoming inactive soon after joining SFI.In my Genealogy report i find out of 520 affiliates with the exception of handful of PSA,S and CSA,S are active.

It is the second year since i joined SFI,presently BTL.I have taken the oppurtinity of writing Teamails to all my affiliates quite regularly urging them to at least respond or contact me.My requests so far has fallen on deaf ears.

Seconly in my mails i have requested them to ventilate their problems which could be financial or technical.I have not recieved any answer so far.
I keep telling myself and trying to find out that month after month majority of my affiliates remain inactive.My peers at SFI are also aware of this.At corporate level my request as a meagre BTL will be to weed out affiliates rather make sure that affiates who join SFI are made more responsible.By contributing to their own work they will make income for themselves and also contribute to the team,s success.In other words everyone prospers.

I am quite certain by remaining inactive they are aware of the SFI Basics,Launchpad lessons and ways to accumulate versa points.How to advance in rank and income level.

In my opinion more soul searching is required to induce them to take the plunge.our upline and sponsers and peers should be able to find a concrete solution to this nagging problem.
