I suggest for your PSA which you recruit face to face, I think you can make small group for a focus group discussion in a relaxed and intimate event.

While your PSA are which take through gateaway or ad you, can be done by using social media or email sent regularly. Explain about how to start to succeed in SFI as on board your membership. Give tips which are many example in the system or SFI forum. Say it them how to get the VP to increase their status in SFI . Tell effective invest for that they enjoying and take benefit at SFI . Do not forget to say variations in SFI business for success and good future.

A PSA would only be committed when they understand the real potential of SFI.
To understand it they need to go through the text about SFI and observe how others have been successful.
They can achieve this by being active at SFI forum, A2A and by being in constant touch with your upline. Do not hesitate to ask for guidance.

Teaching by example is the best way to encourage our team members to action. Be available for advice. Offer information through personal messages. Celebrate all achievements, even small once. If you're doing well, give them some TP to play with for Tripleclicks games or auctions. Duplication is the key in SFI. By setting good examples, your followers will transfer that method to their followers and so on and so forth.

Normaly the most of the user you get will probably make a first step registration and never get back to SFI.
The same thing is happen, if you are a TL when you receive addittional CSA's, most of it are logged in month ago and become inactive.
You have a lot of question and answers, but if you want maybe you will involve some inactive members to be active again.
Using system's of comunication offered by SFI, you can send e-mail, notes, messages or start a chat.
Another good way probably will be sending a GIFT Card, just to let to know to members that the business is real, and who want can earn a lot of money.

It says in one of SFI's articles, "Be An Awesome Sponsor."

It may take a minute, but you've got to constantly motivate them. Good morale contributes to a successful business.

Let your affiliates know that as their sponsor, you've got their backs. Support them in any way you can. If that isn't being an awesome sponsor, then I don't know what is.

PSAs are your personally sponsored affiliates. These are the people you recruit, and they will be the most valuable members of your team. You earn 45% of commission value on everything they purchase at TripleClicks. They are also the ones who will build a team of their own - and their whole team will be part of your downline. If you earn and maintain a position as a Team Leader (Bronze or above), you will earn matching VP points on everyone EA2 (or higher) in your downline. This is where you can make big money. If you recruit active PSAs who build a good team beneath them, they are gold. (You should reward them for it, too!)

You can get PSAs by purchasing them at TripleClicks (packs of 15, 30, 45, 70, 150, 250 or 500), joining the S-Builder Co-op, or winning them at Pricebenders penny auctions. However, the most valuable PSAs are the ones you recruit yourself. There are lots of ways to recruit people. CSAs are co-sponsored affiliates. These people are also extremely valuable. You won't make any money from their downline, but you will earn 15% of commission value from everything they purchase at TripleClicks. If you are a Team Leader (Bronze or above), you will also earn matching VP on your CSAs.

You can get CSAs by winning Pricebender penny auctions, winning daily drawings, or by maintaining Executive Affiliate (or higher) status. EAs receive a minimum of two CSAs, which Team Leaders earn many more than that. These are awarded the month following your qualification.

CSAs can be very valuable. However, if you do not maintain at least an EA status (1500 VP for the month), you will lose all your CSAs. Don't let that happen!

The best way to avoid this is to set up a standing order for at least 1500 VP per month, so you will not risk losing these valuable assets. The most common standing orders are for IAHBE, which costs $29.95 a month, or a 125 TCredit Pak for $36.25. Both of these will give you the required 1500VP to remain an EA, but the TCredit pack can give you a bonus of up to125 action VP for the month when you bid on Pricebenders, and up to 625 MRP points as well.

As you grow your business, getting CSAs and active PSAs will continue to increase your income. You want to support these members of your team, help them out when they need it, and encourage them to build their own teams. I think that the matching VP commissions you can earn from these members of your team is well worth the investment of a standing order to make sure you don't lose any team members.

PSAs are all human beings like us. They have different tastes and ideas. So as Sponsors we need to approach them in a very diplomatic manner. In our first welcome letter we should not refer to purchases and Standing Orders as some of the PSAs will be put off immediately.
We should ask them to read The Basics, 30 lessons in Launchpad, do the daily clicking and gradually introduce them to the perks and benefits in store for them to earn a second income.

Good question. When creating an active team knows that our troubled search for a new dog. A large number of PSA that is registered is not active. While a small number did. This can be a mistake to us, because sometimes we are not present when we register a new PSA to address them and help with registration and initial steps in our company. Always be respected with every one in your team do not act like boss. I tell you that the BEST way to start thinking in DUPLICATION is building a solid and acknowledged profile. New PSAs want to feel safe in their sponsor’s hands and, somehow, they want to “taste” success beforehand.
Choose the ones you consider the best, and keep information flowing.
