How can I promote my ECA store's products to my downline so they'll want to sell them and/or buy them?

I think just use the same method of how you communicate daily with them. Take advantage of the PSA / CSA mailers, your streaming window, and can be via chat to PSA that are online. Offer them superior products of your ECA, the type of goods, its benefits, the price difference on the outside, and do not forget to explain what they will get if you buy the goods. Especially if you dare to share a CV that you will get if the PSA bought.
Promotion ECA I think not only done to your affiliates, you can also promote it to all members of SFI / TC even the general public to get a sales commission.

I've tried the SFIPPA program, but now I have to stop, because unfortunately they do not become our affiliate. One of the most effective ways to promote your PPA link is to create a special blog for PPA program. So I have two blogs for promotion SFI. For the promotion of your blog I think it makes no difference to the promotion of non-PPA, just a different link destination.
I spread my blog URL in various forums, group mailing lists, social media and online business community. Within a few days of our blog will get hundreds of hits and some of them to register via the link your PPA.
But consider this program because it has no effect whatsoever on our SFI business in the long term

How do you manage a large, active downline? How do you provide personalized attention for everyone?

I just look at the tools affiliate manager, there we can see their activities and what they have acquired. I regular send emails through PSA and CSA mailer to encourage and just give thanks for those already working hard. sometimes I send a personal message to the affiliates when their birthday, celebrate, and achieve something in SFI. Do not forget to take advantage of the stream of tools to deliver your message to the affiliate, you can choose affiliate level here who can read your messages. To increase the confidence of our affiliates I have tried a small contest for affiliates who can reach a certain level. You can give a gift card, TCredits, and also some of their downline to do the reassign to form a minimum until the second generation.
Best of all the activities you will be rewarded with PV.

I suggest for your PSA which you recruit face to face, I think you can make small group for a focus group discussion in a relaxed and intimate event.
While your PSA are which take through gateaway or ad you, can be done by using social media or email sent regularly. Explain about how to start to succeed in SFI as on board your membership. Give tips which are many example in the system or SFI forum. Say it them how to get the VP to increase their status in SFI . Tell effective invest for that they enjoying and take benefit at SFI . Do not forget to say variations in SFI business for success and good future.
