Build on that momentum you have already created by being an awesome sponsor and doing all the things an awesome sponsor should do that might include the following or some of it (Some you may have done already):
1. Lead by example. Do the things you expect your team members to do and earn the badges, first.
2. Train your team how to do the things you do and expect them to duplicate.
3. Motivate your team members by recognizing achievements and rewarding the movers in your team for reaching certain milestones. Give recognition at the Forum and let the individual know about it.
4. Hold contests to encourage them to reach even more heights.
5. Mentor them further by sending them Stream Posts, Team Mails, E-mails, Newsletters and E-Cards and by maintaining a Blog,etc.
6. Share milestones you reach or achievements you accomplish or prizes you won with your team. It might inspire them to also try harder and keep at it.
7. Keep your morale high and your attitude positive.
8. Be confidant. Your confidence can border next to cockiness.
9. Communicate with your Team Members on a personal level. They must feel you really care.
10. Start an advertising co-op, if you haven’t already, and give shares to your movers. It will motivate them even further.
11. Keep on building your team and do all the above with all new members, over and over again.
