My Movers tab describe the most active affiliates for the current month.
These active affiliates are very valuable. The Movers list must be checked every day to give the necessary support to these active affiliates.
By monitoring the movers list affiliates can keep tab of their PSAs and CSAs to see if they login regularly and if not they can be alerted by sending a Team Mail or E-card.
The Movers gives us an overview of Affiliates who need to re-qualify and team leaders can render the necessary assistance.
The Movers tell affiliates in particular who are the most active affiliates and who qualifies for example to be included in Co-Ops set up by Team Leaders.

I suggest two ways you could use your Movers in your business.
1.- Be great at congratulating your movers every time they become EA, BTL, etc and be their best cheerleader. Let them know you are there to support them.
2.- Try something I did that was a great surprise for me. I went to my Genealogy Report and used the my movers filter. I was surprised to find a large list of people who were earning VP and were maybe "hit and miss" in working their business. So I was able to challenge them and offer my support.
Also, I saw this as an opportunity to offer a reward for becoming EA.

I find this tool helpful as it saves me time from looking through my Geneology to see who are my team's most active members.
I use this tab to review my team's top movers and then respond accordingly by either placing them onto my Co-op Manager so that he or she receives positive reinforcement for their activities. I also use this tab to further investigate what strategies downline members use on a regular basis and which ones he or she rarely uses then custom create my TeamMailer messages to discuss strategies that downline members don't use - this helps me to be a better mentor for members as I support their business skill development and learnings so they do not become medicore and rely on habitual business practices.
Don't underestimate the usefulness of this tab.

You can differentiate between CSA and PSA affiliates, or list all affiliates that have been active in the last 7 days.
You can have just the last 7 days movers or just new sign ups, that is those who have signed up in the last 10 days and are still eligible for the Fast Track 2.0.
You have indicators that show those that have qualified for Fast Track 2.0, those that are eligible for Fast Track 2.0 and those that have less than 72 hours to complete their qualification.
This shows you which affiliates you need to contact as a matter of urgency and offer advice on what they need to do to qualify. This gives you the opportunity to point out all the advantages of qualifying for their Fast Track 2.0 and perhaps the disadvantages of not signing up.
You also have an indicator that informs you of movers that are currently online. This means you can contact them through the SFI IM manager.

The way I use the "My Movers" tab is by clicking on each mover and then going to their
VP Ledger. I then review and see what they may have missed or where they can earn points.
Next I will either send out an E-Card or TM Message to them to inform them of how they can
earn points or that they missed that certain item.
I also use the "My Movers" tab to review their activity report and to also make any notes I would like to add. I try to do this daily if not then weekly.

2. When you are aware you will know which ones you must work more with to encourage and motivate to work harder in order to maximize your SFI business.

Well, from my view point, the MOVERS tab is the very first one I look at when logging-in... ..
Duplication is the 'key' to success with SFI, and without an active downline - we are prevented from doing that !
So, MOVERS tab will allow you to
(1) see exactly which of your downline is currently active.
(2) you can then "work with the workers" and keep in regular touch with the downline who are active - encouraging them by monitoring their individual T-Connect pages
(3) If you are lucky, you can have a 'chat' whilst they are on Line.
So, in a nutshell. The MOVERS tab is the best way to daily monitor the progress of your active downline, thus maximising the 'duplication stream of income' you will need to succeed..

The Movers in your business is the heart of Success! I think of all the TABS that you have to click and read everyday this is the most important TAB that you must pay attention to! Why? They are the people that are coming to work and are interested in growing their business.
It is vital that you give them all the attention and guidance that you can. It is like a seed that once you have them in your pot you have to water it everyday and nurture it so that it will grow. This applies to your PSA, once they are signing in they are telling you that they are interested and need that water which you are going to supply for them. Keep them on your daily radar and help them by sending them information that will be useful in their learning process. Do not take for granted that they know what they are doing. Some people may ask for help, most will not, so spoon feed them good information and watch your business grow!

(4)Provides a direct link to their VP ledger in which we as Team Leaders can monitor in the event they need assistance with undone actions
(5)and it shows if they are online at the moment and allows us an opportunity to have a chat with them, keeping in mind if they are a begginner they might not know how to use the chat tool yet
