How do you benefit financially from the efforts of your PSAs?

There is a lot ways to benefit from your PSAs, efforts:
1. When they mentain and improve on their ranking per month.
2. When they increase their triple clicks sales commission.
3. There is exponential spill over to you do to the volume of business generated by you PSAs per on.
4. You earn bardges, recongnitions, awesome sponship etc.

Very good question. I believe we can only benefit from our PSAs if we have a lot of them, if they are active, if they are successful, if they also recruit new PSAs and help them to do the same, if they sell and purchase products by TrippleClicks and so forth. To gain this, we have to be very good guiders and continue helping/suporting and motivating them. I have just started this business, don´t have many PSAs but, my aim is to do exactly what I have written here.

You benefit financially from the efforts of your PSAs on just about everything they do. Every time your PSAs make a purchase, you get 45% of the CV and you get matching VPs. If a PSA is an EA2 and has 3,000 VPs you get a matching 3,000 too! Here is the link that gives you more information. https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan#1
Duplication. Always direct your PSA's to duplicate every step that you take to get to the next level. Don't have them to deviate from that, remember to position them in the correct direction and keep them encouraged for doing so. With Level 1 have them to duplicate what you did. With level 2 have them to duplicate what you did. In Level 3 have them to duplicate what you did. This is the way to go, never vear off from this process of duplication.
I think that the financially benefit from the efforts of PSAs comes by generated sales on TripleClicks by them. This will directly benefit the sales VP for you and thus higher rank and share the commission with the sale. Higher rank get more posibilities for earning. Also, with better work they get higer rank and your benefits are greater.
First and foremost.... Help yourself by helping others .... Always do more than what you should. It feels good, and the return are always far more than expected. Help them to help you. We are getting many financial benifits from our PSA . That is we can get direct commission from their sell. We can also get matching VP from tripleclick executive pool. And the most important one is duplication. When they perform duplication with their downlines, then see how they will boost up your income.
I would say having PSAs who are hard working and dedicated. Especially those who are willing to spend a little in getting products that can promote their TConnect page to get versa points and sales. When they buy TCredits it gets them a generous amount of versa points plus use them for auctions, games and merchandise this should be a win-win situation.

First of all, you do not need so you think. You've got to learn to respect their own people, that they feel it, then you believe in, and do what they savetujes! Never think that they work for you, because then you're working for someone.
Be helpful to them, with beautiful Councils, positive thoughts, friendly disposed toward them, and the results will come.
