Yes, you never know what's going on in a person's life that made them inactive in the first place. It could be family related, work, sickness are maybe they just needed to get their thoughts together on whether this is really for them, is this really something they want to do long term, can I handle this, why am I here. There are ways to do anything and a person does not have to have a credit card, it is however wiser anyway to get a prepaid visa or mastercard and one that can be used as a checking account for payments, it has it advantages. If a person really is serious about the business they will do all that they can to get it done. No excuses about it. Where there's a will there's a way, legally.

How do you benefit financially from the efforts of your PSAs?

Duplication. Always direct your PSA's to duplicate every step that you take to get to the next level. Don't have them to deviate from that, remember to position them in the correct direction and keep them encouraged for doing so. With Level 1 have them to duplicate what you did. With level 2 have them to duplicate what you did. In Level 3 have them to duplicate what you did. This is the way to go, never vear off from this process of duplication.
