A good topic I supposed.
This is related to Active and Non Active members.

We should encourage our PSAs if they wants to become Team Leaders...
At least we know, these PSA are active. As a leader to them, we know deep in them that they already have a dream, and that's to become Team Leader. It is like a gift for us as if we had a bright student in our class aiming for a bright future. Lets help these guys..

Since we are their leaders, we are also learning. We need

Hello Mary

This is a bit tricky question.
Then no answer is really right or wrong.

It´s actually only depend on the person who want to become a teamleader and how that person is when it comes to how he/she is as an business person.. What their expectations are.
.How their financial are or/and how good their marketing knowledge are, all are very important in this case!!!

Does the person who want this have financial to remain team leader later, then it CAN

Hi Mary, you have no reason whatsoever to discourage your PSAs who want to be team leaders; rather encourage them by doing the following:

1) Make him/her feel wanted in your team.

2) Talk about his/her timely decision to join SFI and the prospects ahead

3) Talk about what he/she may enjoy in SFI - both short and Long term benefits

a) Co-sponsored affiliates to strengthen his/her team and help you earn more cash rewards;
b) Up to 20 FREE T-credits

I believe it would be wisest to discuss the pros and cons with PSAs who may be trying to put the cart first. Mayhaps they don't realize that moving too soon could be a handicap.

When you talk to them, I would suggest explaining the advantages of becoming at least BTL when they are ready. It does have some good advantages.

I would also make very sure they fully understand what is involved with maintaining BTL versus EA2. It IS more difficult to do without a strong team, but

Hi,

We should always encourage and never discourage any one who joines SFI. If you discourage they will feel not motivated and will be in the quitters list.

But you should tell your PSA that there’s no reason for being a Team Leader unless you actually have a team!

All of the major financial benefits of being a Team Leader are derived from the override commissions (i.e., Matching VP) you earn on your team members.

Therefore, if you want to be a Team

Whether or not to encourage a PSA to become a Team Leader depends on their commitment and ability to have a standing order (SO) worth 1500 VP.

I advise PSAs who want to be a Team Leader to save as many one-time VP as possible for following months.

It's possible, but not advisable to become a Silver Team Leader the first month, because it will be very difficult to even be Bronze the following month. This could lead to discouragement and quitting the business.

If

You have picked a great subject line for your question. “To be or - Not to be” I believe that every excited affiliate that sees the possibilities with SFI and TripleClicks to have a great income that can turn them financially free wants to get to the top as soon as possible.

As team leaders we must evaluate the circumstances that the new affiliate is in at the present time so we

This is a good question my answer is discourage my PSAs.And then inform them why.
It really makes NO sense being a Team Leader without an ACTIVE TEAM.
When you have an ACTIVE team earning VP for post of Leader is much easier and this way you will really earn your Title.
The hardest Vp to earn is ACTION VP and most them you have to acquire TCredits(which means you have to spend) to earn them which means if you achieve you Leadership this way you will be buying it

So from

Hi Mary
Your question is certainly given me 'food for thought'.

I have been with SFI for 13 months, and still at the EA2 level.

Frankly, I presumed it would be fairly painless to reach the next level - BTL.
BUT, seeing that none of my 'over 150 x PSA's ' have yet reached the EA2 level,
(or even kept active for more than a few months), I have not thought it prudent to push to the BTL level.

Whats the point of being at BTL level - if I have no 'team'?

I will always prefer to encourage team work and team building before advising for my PSA to go for TL, but if i find those eager ones, I explain to them the dangers ahead and provide them ways to quickly see how to raise a quick downline to manage because i see no reason to be a team leader when you have no team to lead.

Instead of discouraging them on TL right away, encourage them to study more and grow their team by the principle of duplication which you are practcing that brought them
