This is what is unique about this business. As the saying everything is permitted me Do me not useful. The sponsor must provide advice and guidance to members of the team without complaint and crop whenever he believes they follow the wrong path . Regarding the question , for my part I can give an answer , I would say it is useless to try to go faster in task because who wants to go steady wins the race .

There is an African proverb that says if you want to go fast then go alone but if you want to go far , do you support . Here it is not a program where you can get rich quick , it takes time to access the wealth so we need a team .

And it is the members of the team that will allow us to be team leaders. In any event, one that is in a hurry to be the first or to a lesser extent in the second month this will be easy but then it will be almost impossible to be head of the household equipment unless it incurs some cost additional in buying TCrédits or products. In sum it is wiser to stay the course of EA while recruiting new PSAs and PRMs in order to have a strong and solid team that allow us to take the position as head of the team and stay .

In all cases if the PSA knowing all the above still want to be crew chief sponsor can not do much to dissuade him.

Anyway , our personal experiences shape us more than the instructions or advice of others .

The obligation of the Sponsor to explain his article,

how to become a team leader.

Encouragement in every job means a lot.

If there are reasonable conditions to become a team leader,

If there are 5 member who win the 1500 VP a month,

give him a huge support to become team leader

Sponsor should support him and help him get to the finish line

First, new members should explain what their job is, in my opinion, then explain to them how to perform and instruct him to practice lessons and only when realized some results suggest him to try to achieve the status of these leaders. The goal is not to in the first month of becoming a team leader but to learn everything I need to be able to perform this job. Do not discourage them

With SFI the sky is the limit so it depends on an individual how fast he wants to run in order to reach his goals quicker.climbing the ladder comes with more benefits remember.

One of the reasons we joined SFI is to improve the way we live so if somebody wants to be at the top instantly so be it.

If your PSA's want to be a team leader right away, encourage them and tell them to learn "How to be an Awesome team leader" and the art of duplication. They should be ready to answer questions from their down line PSA's. Beside with a team leader in your team, so much the better. Hope this will help.

Please do encourage your PSAs to become team leaders as soon as possible. The reason being that not only will they enjoy the benefits of being team leaders, you will also benefit from it. You will get unlimited points depending on the rank of your PSA. And points are also a factor in determining your income for the month. In answering this question, I'll first ask questions. Who is a leader? Who is a team leader? Can there be leaders without followers? Can a team leader lead without a team? Who does a team leader lead when they have no team? Is experience needed to beeds leader in a particular field?

I'm sure if you answer the above questions rightly, you'll know that your best bet might be to discourage them until they understand the SFI system enough and also have an active team to lead. Remember, you do need your downline rating to be BTL at least. Only an active downline can rate you, so until their downlines are active advise them to invest their money into duplication first, especially if they're not very financially buoyant.
I became a BTL in my first month, because of my SO of 1500VP. But I couldn't stay on BTL because I had no active team members to rate me. Alas, I was almost frustrated. So please, save your PSA that frustration by discouraging them for now.

Hi,

I don't think you should necessarily discourage them but rather encourage them to saturate themselves in the system first. Let them get familiar with the system and understand its many aspects then venture upwards when they feel they have a thorough appreciation. Their knowledge base will work as the foundation for the team they want to build.

A nice question but why would you ever want to pull someone back. In my opinion just let them perform to the maximum. You too will benefit from their earnings in the long run.
This is a business and there should be no restriction or boundaries just motivate them and you too will enjoy the fruits of their labor. You should be gifted when you get such PSA's. Wish you all the best and go go go the sky is the limit !

Well permit me to answer the question in two ways:
1.If the affiliate is the type that understand the rule of the game which is duplication.In any MLM i have researched into i find out that the only key to make it there is to explore the power of.duplication failure to do that and pass it to your downlines means complete failure and on your parts and that of your downlines.
So,please tell him or her the power house /major means of breaking through in mlm.
2.If the person is ready to spend money on sfimg .How by buying downlines from sdimg not others i can speak of that of sfimg PSA.and he/she will have to buy it many times also follow them up prompty and not given up on them untill they all take step to become either EA ,or EA2..He or she must also do what have said up 'duplication' he/she must let them know that too and it must become unchanging culture which must be passed to other downlines that is done well am sure the person will break even on it.
Finally, he/she must be up yo task because if it failled to work out they the person think of hos uplone will bear the responssibility and lion share of the blame in fact that person may not like joinong any MLM for life please take it with cuasion while advising your PSA on this issue ,do it with seriousness be ready to stay with him/her within tick and thin of it.Also ready to assigin downlines to him/her whether success or failure is recorded for your PSA to want to take that step he/she is determined to.succed.
