You should 1st & foremost welcome them on your team.
Then you want to encourage them to go for their 1st 500vps & earn their 200 fre bnus points.
you should never overwelm them with too much to do in their 1st 24hrs-in their begining. you want to encourage learning, willingness, eagarness, excitement, respect, trust, loyalty & enjoyment.

Hi Patricia!
What I've noticed is that many affiliates joins SFI with a wrong mentality. They join SFI thinking that it is a get rich quick scheme. I think the first thing you must discuss after introducing yourself is what is SFI and how does it work. The importance of logging in and the To Do List. Tell them about Fast-Tracker bonus and badge, (even today my heart is bleeding for missing the Fast-Tracker badge because I didn't know about it). The other thing is to create a strong relationship

HI,
Normaly a new PSA or CSA need someone that can explaine daily action, how SFI works, points collecting, marketing methods, buy/sell action.
Try to give him/her the best support, and only in this way you will allow him to involve other people.
Obviously a new member will always have questions to ask, day by day he/she will learn about SFI. Be a good sponsor, support him/her in every action, and don't be late answering to his/her query, or you will lose your downline member, and

An encounter with a new affiliate is very critical as it is a make or mar, and this can be very challenging. However, you have all the answers in on your palms. Here are some basic suggestions, by no means all inclusive:

1. Warmly welcome the new affiliate to the SFI global business community

2. Tell the new affiliate it was a wise choice to join SFI and heartily say a 'congratulations' to the new affiliate

3. Ask the new affiliate a rhetorical question: the purpose

First of all, to discuss means compromising. You are suppose to be INFLUENCING the new affiliate. This here is to convince the affiliate to become an ACTIVE downline.

To convince you have to introduce SFI and how it works (especially the duplication method). Furthermore, tell them to log in to SFI daily for the first month to earn the versa points from the daily launchpads; but importantly what comes after this is the awarding of two downline PSAs for this new affiliate.

But

Dear Patricia,

The best tipp would be "try entering in their shoes".
Simply, remember the time when you started in SFI, try being in their role now and rembember what would've helped you the most.

A nice and gentle approach would be for sure most appropriate. Do not let your message seem intrusive, as that is not your goal. Just tell them that they can consider you as their colleague in SFI, as a "fellow traveler in the woods of SFI"(meraphors and jokes

First of all you need to welcome your new PSA/CSA. Start first to discuss about the company and ask him/her to read and understand the sfi basics, then guide him/her step by step by completing the getting started task by visiting todo list and scoreboard tab. Then ask him/her to collect atleast 500 vp within 24hr of joining to gain the fasttrack badge and 200 bonus VP. Ask to read and understand the 30 days launch pad.
Hope this one will help.

First of all, in almost 4 years, I don't think that I have ever had a new PSA answer my opening chat. The first one before they log off for the first time. Maybe they've already left their computer but didn't log off, or they didn't see the notice for the chat, or they thought it was a spammy pop up, or they were freaked out because they thought we could see everything they were doing.

I wouldn't want to do a business where I thought that by logging in, I was opening up a window that lets

That is for YOU to ask THEM. Right away, you should introduce yourself, tell them that you are their sponsor, and give them a little info about yourself. Make them realize that you are a real person.

Next, ask them if they have any questions, concerns, or don't quite understand something about SFI. SFI already explains and shows new people everything they need to do. It is up to you to ensure that they are reading the lessons and putting that information into use. There's really no reason
