First of all you need to welcome your new PSA/CSA. Start first to discuss about the company and ask him/her to read and understand the sfi basics, then guide him/her step by step by completing the getting started task by visiting todo list and scoreboard tab. Then ask him/her to collect atleast 500 vp within 24hr of joining to gain the fasttrack badge and 200 bonus VP. Ask to read and understand the 30 days launch pad.

If you want to gain more VP of course no. 1 source is when you buy TC products and items.
And the biggest as far as i know is buying T credit. A lot of ways to use t credits. You use it to buy products, play games like knock out trivia, pick the price, time machine, download music and of course bidding on pricebender auctions up to 99% off..

Actually there's a lot of benefits from your PSA efforts. As long as they are active and maintaining EA2 or team leader position. Those PSA's will give you higher and higher income if they are making purchase of products, joining games and making duplication same as you are doing by means of Direct comissions and residual income from their versa points they made.. They those PSAs will raise you up to the top!!!

Every action we do in tripleclicks like participating games, buying items, placing bids have equivalent MRP.. The most we can get in MRP are Sales points that we need to qualify next higher position.. You can buy 1 T credit for 126 MRP and you get 102vp. You can buy also some selected items like gadgets, PSA and many more using MRP..
MRP is the great reward from SFI/TC..

For me the best action is to learn how to create own website, study how to drive traffic to your site and learn how to advertise products, banners, links. If you master that im sure a massive flow of PSA/PRM sign ups will goes directly into your acct.. And the success will continuously Grows and Income also will go bigger and bigger! But dont forget to do your Daily, weekly and Montly actions in your to do list bar while learning!! Good Luck everyone!!
