Maintain the state of affiliate executive every month, with a standing order that allows you to earn VP in 1500, is the first council to impress upon the minds of new affiliates, making him understand that this is the first step to begin to grow. The second is the duplication, for which each affiliate is a source of success. If you can give your affiliates into the mindset of these basic rules, you'll also transform their mindset from a simple affiliate employee, a business owner mentality.

Tell them that is their own business. Their business depends on their work. Their achievements depend on their work. There is no boss, no early wake up or late coming home or over time work or traffic jam... They are the masters of their time. While sitting in
the comfort of their home they can work… no stress no deadline no nervous colleague..

That is a very good question. It is definitely a mentality. You can coach them to follow your actions, but they have to want to do it. The thing about the employee mentality is that the mind set is totally different. You have to train them by giving them instructions like you would an employee, but reminding them that they are going to have to give direction to their own affiliates.
Training...Training...Training!! Remind them they are in charge of their own business and its success or failure is a direct result of their efforts.

Well this is certainly very apt and timely and my input on how I share with my fellow downline is that this is a real business and like any real brick and mortar business we will have to open shop and ensure that we have the necessary goods, services, staff and all in place right therefore once you shift your own mind set and really take Ownership of it and carpe Diem that is seize the opportunity and TReat it like a REal Business and keep promoting, advertising , sponsoring and duplicating there is no reason why you cannot succeed given you have given it your best consistently day after day and you will eventually reap what you sow and taste your fruits of sweet harvests with this SFI business which itself has provided all that you need and all you have to do is read, learn and apply it

I got to say that you dont need any proof that this is our ouwn business. It is very clear that how much time you invest, your business will work. Maybe the problem is with sponsor. In the beginning, you need to show them how things work and than let them work on their own. Let them invest some money on Standing order and soon they will understand what your talking about.
Many of us came here with no knowledge about online marketing business but with learning, now we do our job just fine. There are lessons on Launchpad that they need to read and educate their selfs and maybe than they will understand how this is Own business.

If you are employee, you can get a salary right away. In some cases if you did mistake and fail, sometimes you receive bad words from your boss and get fired and look for another job.

If you are Business Owner, you cannot get income right away. You do all the plans to get customer and how to maintain them. In some cases if you did a mistake and fail, No one will fired you except you. But you can manage to fix right away the problem if you want too.

And how you do that.
Show them on your own example , be the first in the month who confirm your leader status, be there for them. Be leader on your team and learn that leadership is not something bad.
It is the way to succeed , and to be a best in this business.

I. is for invitation to an event. Ask what a client needs. What is their pain, tell them you have a solution. Get a commitment and follow-up. Follow-up a week before an event and the day before. OFFER TO WITH THEM!
N. is for integrity and heart selling rather than hard selling. Be authentic and never promise what you can't deliver.
