the comfort of their home they can work… no stress no deadline no nervous colleague..
If they decide to work today, that is their own decision, not an order by superior.
Working in SFI is interesting, creative and amusing...

Money! “Money makes the world go round.”

With SFI we make the world go round with money. But before we start earning money, success is:
• accomplished daily, weekly/monthly tasks
• collecting VP, MRP, TCredits
• winning games
• new members
…….. and I could go on and on….

Success is if you put your goals every month and achieved them on tab GOALS with 100%.

You can measure your success/position at POWER RANK LEADERBOARD within: overall, country and class.
My favorite measure for personal success is POWER RANK LEADERBOARD class position.
Because we all started at the same day, same circumstances….
It is good when you can compare your work directly with someone who started from the beginning just like you.

Anyway, we all have different LONG TERMS GOALS, therefore the BEST WAYS for MEASURING SUCCESS are DIFFERENT and INDIVIDUAL.
