Hello and thanks for asking.

Before I start you must understand that not all needs can be met if you try to please all.

Firstly, I must say good job for having affiliates, though not good when you keep losing them. Its more easier to have them but keeping affiliates is always some what difficult.

To keep SFI affiliate first begins with your advertisement, so many joined so they could get rich quickly. You must advertise that it's not get quick riches. Remember that

In any business, career, or program the decision to join that particular venture or field is a personal and individual one. The initiative must come from the person and in the same context, the decision to leave SFI is a personal one.

My advice is that you cannot fret over such uncertainties in your business but be prepared for such eventualities - look at it as one of the hazards of having a team that may take you up the ranks or leave you completely disintegrated. It is a risk you

I keep loosing people that were active previously what do I do?

Mostly this are frequently happen to everyone who are actively doing their business seriously here in SFI,. One thing we must learn is we should accept reality that we can’t force anyone to do what we wants to them but we can give them the right tract for them to follow,.
We can teach this people and show to them how valuable to retain and be persistent in doing our business here in SFI,. Teach them that success doesn’t

Hi Mary,

To answer your question I think you need to establish just How Active these people actually were. This you can do by checking on your genealogy tab.

If they had been completing their Daily To Do List daily, their monthly and intermediate tasks, participating in the Eager Zebra games, bidding on Price Benders, have set up a Standing Order, distributed gift cards, signed up PSA's,sold anything on their TConnect page, become a Wave3 member, become an a2a member. This is

That's a good question to ask as many new affiliates are struggling to get started.

After just 10 months from joining and having a team of over 800 in my downline, I found myself each week sending my team mail, to only get 5 or so reply's back. Over the months I have learned that regardless on how well your emails are written or excited you are about SFI, your team does'nt always have the same view. I now work closely with all my active affiliates and although I write to my non-active

Hello,.

This is a problem we all face now and then. And the ugly truth is that there is not much you can do then what it is you have done already.

If they were active before it means they DO know what they should do but for some reason then decide to quit.
That is sad because as said soooo many times before :

"Winners do not quit and quitters never win."

All you can do is "remind them" once in a while. Remind them why they started

Hello Mary,

How was you relationship with them before and what were you
emphasis to them when you training them?. If there activity
was just for the few days they have been there or for the
first month it will be very understandable why they are not
active for the following month.

As you know it is very easy to be active for the first few
days and for the first month because of the abundance of
VersaPoint they get and the excitement especially

Hi Mary
The first way to regain their activity in SFI will be to contact them and offer them help and guidance. Send them an E-card with a message attached.
So now it's up to you to re-assure them that this is a great business opportunity for them and that it does work. But they will have to put in time and dedication to make it succeed. Tell them and show them how you have been succeeding and that you can 100% guarantee that you will be there for them and that you will help/guide them.

As long as you stay in contact with your team and answer to any questions promptly you are doing everything you can.

As an SFI member you can't expect immediate financial results. This is what previously active users where probably looking for.

Encourage your team to complete the daily tasks and enter as many hourly drawings and free Trivia's they can. Often people can't or don't want to purchase any T-credits.

May be check where your team members are coming from

First of all, the fact that you are concerned and that you care is a great start because that means you're doing all that you can to help people achieve what they say their goals are.
Secondly, accept the fact that there could be things in their lives that are forcing this to happen. So as a good leader, reach out to them, keep communication going. Keep them in the loop even if your initial contact isn't getting them to respond because you never know. You may say something that catches them
