Review the START and SFI Basics. The grey and blue tabs at the top right hand side of your home page. Very important.

Once you have done that your first goal is to become a Fast Track Member. To get the Fast-Track badge you need to complete 5 small tasks,(see your Getting Started Tasks) and generate $20 in sales or purchases which can be achieved easily with a $20 New Member Pack that is also available during the first 10 days as an SFI affiliate or TripleClicks member. Your next goal is to achieve Executive Affiliate ranking, which you have a whole month to achieve from the date of your sign up.

Do not be put off by all the information that is in front of you right now. Take one step at a time. First on your agenda should be completing your Getting Started tasks as soon as possible. At first it may look daunting however this can be completed within a fairly short period of time. NB do not rush this, it is not a race. I would also recommend that you upload a photo of yourself. It is nice to deal with real people and it's worth an all important 35 versa points.

When you have completed this, move on to your Daily TO DO LIST and complete this task. Again do not rush through this and review anything you are not quite sure of.NB this is a daily task and it cannot be understated just how important it is for you to understand that this task must be undertaken DAILY if you wish to succeed in this business. Ignore it at your peril.

With this out the way start with your first reading of Launch Pad #1.Again there is no rush. Read the Launch Pad articles daily. Study them and re read them until you understand exactly what the content is teaching you about this SFI business. There is a gold mine of information within them to help you step by step.

You will now be in a better position to make decisions about how you want to progress further and what direction you want to take. However please bear in mind that whatever you may have been told, this is not a get rich quick scheme and it will take a lot of perseverance, dedication, hard work and passion to make a success of SFI.

Hi Mary,

To answer your question I think you need to establish just How Active these people actually were. This you can do by checking on your genealogy tab.

If they had been completing their Daily To Do List daily, their monthly and intermediate tasks, participating in the Eager Zebra games, bidding on Price Benders, have set up a Standing Order, distributed gift cards, signed up PSA's,sold anything on their TConnect page, become a Wave3 member, become an a2a member. This is not the full list, however my point is, by just doing the afore mentioned, these people, I would suggest, could be called being active.

If they are not, or have not been doing the above then I would suggest that you remind them of these actions and instil in them the importance of these tasks to make SFI a successful business for them.

Should they not heed your advice don't waste your time on them and let them go and concentrate and spend your energy on those who Are Being Active.

You may think this a bit harsh, however for you to be successful, you will need people who are willing to do as you do. In other words you have to sort out the wheat from the chaff.

All the best and persevere the rewards will be worth it in the end.

Personnel emails I believe are the most affective way to communicate provided that the address given is genuine. This however can be time consuming unless you have a standard content that you can send to all your down line providing it doesn't sound too much like telemarketing. Also use your Genealogy Report. This will provide you with everything you need, to communicate with your team.Do your research as this is one of the many tools that SFI have provided to help affiliates to progress in this business. One of the other tools is the use of E-Cards. This is a fantastic way to welcome new affiliates, congratulate, to offer tips and recognise their progress. All positive stuff.

It is my opinion that the majority of people who sign up for SFI are merely just having a look. On finding out that you actually have to put in some work and effort and not make a quick buck by doing nothing puts them off.

It has been my experience in the short period of time that I have been with SFI that those who enrol and do not even fill in their profile are really not serious and are going to be very difficult to try and convince to work the business, regardless of your efforts to encourage them.

Personally if they don't respond to my several efforts e.g. Welcome letter, Tip E-Cards, Fast Track advantages, the power of duplication, requesting them to read SFI Basics, Success has Rules and Launch Pad, in an attempt to encourage them, it then becomes a very difficult task to convince these people and maybe one needs to move on and work on those that show even the slightest bit of interest.

However it is important that you continue to be persistent and not to be discouraged. You are not going to be able to convince everyone.

It seems that the focus here is on the countries that have the most sign ups of new affiliates. I believe that the focus should be on how many of those sign ups actually reach the rank of EA2. In this respect I think that the current statistics would drastically change.

Don't worry about which country has the most sign ups. Focus on your own country where you have something in common with the people. Where your friends and family are and where you can communicate with like minded people and businesses within your community that you can relate to and encourage to join Triple clicks as ECA's.

Focus on what you are doing and learn from what your Team Leaders and Up Line are doing. When you are successful does it really matter which country is producing the most sign ups?

Why would you sound greedy by simply explaining to your down line that the easiest way to maintain EA status is to have a Standing Order for 1500 VPs?

The investment is small but the rewards are huge. Maintaining EA status this way will allow them to focus on other aspects of the SFI business, like duplication and building their own down line, advertising, setting up their own web site or blog etc., without having the stress and worry of where and how to get VPs to attain EA status.

Every business no matter what needs some form of monetary investment to succeed. I don't believe greed comes into the equation.

Looking at your down line members VP Ledger would be a good place to start. From here you will be able to ascertain if they are doing their To Do List daily, if they are using the forum regularly, if they are participating in any of the Eager Zebra games and Pricebenders auctions, downloading music etc. as well as if they have a 1500 VP standing order. Are they receiving VPs for support of EA 2s in their down line

Another indication is their home page. From the badges did they achieve Gold Fast Track membership. Are they paid by Payoneer and do they subscribe to S-Builder. What's their position Overall, in their Country and in their Class.

The above will give you a fairly good indication just how active they are. The more active they are and the more they partake in all of SFIs activities the more likely they will become superstars.

The word demographic if used as a singular noun is described as follows. (Business) In business, a demographic is a group of people in a society, especially people in a particular age group.

So to answer your question. Retired persons in this case fit the bill. Home maker? I am not sure what you mean by a Home Maker. Are they house wives, house husbands, students working from home, people with a current home business.

If the above is the case then one would assume that homemakers cover a large range of ages so they are then certainly a target.

It is my opinion that you target any demographic regardless of their age or disposition. SFI is a numbers business. The more you expose it to the demographics the more response you will receive and therefor the more likely your are to succeed. I think limiting your exposure to a few demographics could be detrimental to your business.
