Good question Gordana,

I believe it depends on your situation and how you present your new business.

If this is the first time you are working an internet marketing business, your family and friends may be interested in what you are doing. Don't be surprised to find that many you know, have had an experience in marketing.

The positive is: If those you know are looking for extra income and willing to become an affiliate or to check out your TripleClicks website.

Both:

Why would you not share a business you love, believe in, and are making money with to you family and friends? I mean that would be like owning a restaurant and refusing to hire your sister as a waitress, it makes no sense and is not fair to your family or you.

Strangers can both be easier and harder as they may be easier for you to approach because you don't fear rejection from them the same as you do Uncle Bob or Cousin Sandy, but at the same time they don't know you

Not all family relationships are equal. For one person it could be better to promote SFI and for another not so good. You've heard it said that familiarity breeds contempt. Your family - those closest to you are really good for that. They are often the most equipped to hurl criticisms in your direction and they always know what buttons to push to get you upset. If my family grew in numbers, formed their own nations they would become nations at war.

In my case it would be better to promote

HI !

In the beginning I was first recommended to friends and family
but it was not matching items because then all they expect from you something and do not work alone.
They always rely on you and expect that you will be working for them because they're more familiar with the job, just mixed friendship and family ties with the business.

with strangers is easier they immediately realize that this is a job and behave like one.
foreigners and respect, not expect

I tend to avoid friends and family that is always trying to convince me to do something. In building my business I go about it my own way and would mention it in everyday conversations with family and friends. Example - They would ask what are you doing? or what are you up to these days? Then I would reply with oooh, I am working on my new business and having a ball doing so. Some will ask questions which I will answer honestly and some will just say - good luck and enjoy - then I will not offer

Ahhh the double edged sword...

Many networking and multilevel marketing companies encourage to recruit from your "warm" market. The reasoning is sound; the closer you are to someone the more they trust you. Your business should always be built on trust. In my own personal instant my family and friends have seen my exuberance as something to avoid so they may not trust what I am doing as I have done it so many times.

On the other hand you must define strangers. Salespeople

The traditional way of recruiting friends and family into online business does not work any more.

We are living in the internet age where social media, classifieds etc. can give you a lot of leads.

The common mistake is to recruit your family and friends. Your friends and family know you for who you are. If you are not a business owner and you approach them they will probably think you are up to something strange.

I prefer to recruit in the cold market. The cold market

I am going to take a stand and say friends and family. What better way to generate wealth in this industry than with family and friends. I mean strangers may turn into friends down the road, but with an already network of friends and family who better to work the opportunity with.

One thing I have learned is there is nothing better than communication. Yes SFI has all the tools and marketing methods for complete strangerss to follow and become successful, however, why not make your friends

When you first start SFI I think it is best to promote to strangers because that gives you a chance to learn and not worry about falling on your rear end. If you get a negative reaction from a stranger and they say something rude guess what it doesn't hurt as much because they don't know you and besides that you will never see them again. Friends and family are the opposite because if something goes wrong well you may lose credibility and trust, and also these are people that know you and you know

Frankly the answer is dependent on the networking skills of an individual. For the simple reason, a person who is not able to convince people at home may well be popular away home and will be able to convince more outside his home and vise versa.

However in normal cases its easier and better to promote the SFI to friends and family rather to strangers. A few simple reasons can be put forward on the same.
1) Not a lot of effort required to convince friends and family members, as
