Before you can successfully get your team to understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks, be sure you understand it yourself. If you do, it becomes fairly easier for you to get someone else to understand it. All you need thereafter is effective communication and the rest as they say is a piece of cake. This is because a knowledgeable teacher is always a very effective teacher. There is a saying in Latin which states that, “You can not give what you do not have.” (Please forgive me because my Latin is poor that is why I can not say it exactly in Latin.)

If you want your team to understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks, get them to do the following:

1. Study and understand SFI Basics/LaunchPad.
2. Study, understand and comply with SFI Rules of Success.
3. Make sure they know how to promote their business online/offline.
4. Make sure they appreciate the power of DUPLICATION.
5. Make sure they know how to sponsor affiliates.
6. Get them to appreciate the power of effective communication.
7. Make sure they know all the income streams in SFI and how they can use them for maximum results.
8. Encourage them to loosen up, interact, play games in SFI and to have all the fun while making money.
9. Encourage them to form the habit of reading and to read very widely in SFI.
10. Teach them the spirit of co-operation and team work.
11. Encourage them to log in to their Websites every day, every single day and to take all actions which enable them to earn VersaPoints daily.
12. Encourage them to become ECAs and to promote their stores vigorously.
13. Encourage them to interact in SFI very widely through a2a and the forums.
14. Impress on them to ensure they reach a minimum of Executive Affiliate, EA, in rank every month.
15. Encourage them to strive to become Team Leaders.
16. Tell them that if they do ALL these and more, the potential benefits are awesome.

I can go on and on but I believe doing all the above with and to your team members will go a very long way to expose them to and make them understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks.

Getting the team to understand the SFI Compensation Plan will allow them to see the potential to earn multiple streams of income.

Explaining to the team the Benefits Chart which shows the payouts and perks gives the team a good idea of the potential.

The Earnings Calculator also provides a good indicator of the earning potential.

Basically the team can be made to understand the potential to earn large incomes at SFI and TC by sponsoring, duplication and sales.

How do you know and understand it? I find it is always better to explain to people the simplest way and the way you understand it. When you try to sound clever you usually fluff and mess up. (with you I mean any person / human being)

What convinced you? There must be a reason why you feel there is potential - use that.

Lead by example and remember - the proof is in the pudding. You show them that you are successful and they will try to imitate what you are doing.

A few ideas:

It is free to join and the lessons you learn is priceless - yet, you get them for free.
If something is for free - what do you have to loose?
It is fun with games, the excitement of auctions, you learn new things, meet new people, there are more than one way to make money - so you can concentrate on one thing or work on them all. Residual income is a great reward for all your hard work.
You can fire your boss and be the boss if you wish to do so once your business is strong enough.

I always use the multiple faucets of income that is possible here at SFI and TripleClicks for my team to understand its potentials.

These are the multiple faucet of income here at SFI.

1. Commission from PSA - 45% of the CV. - The more active PSA he has the more PSA who are buying. Therefore the priority is to find PSA.

2. Commission from PRM - 45% of CV and VP attached to the item purchased. - The more they sell product from TripleClicks the bigger is the commission. - Therefor sell TripleClicks products.

3. Share from the executive Pool - This, I explain as the gold mine here at SFI, it takes time to build but the matching VP increases exponentially once it takes off. The Key here is attaining rank and harvesting matching VPs. - Therefore earn you own VP and work hard on finding affiliates.

4. Commission from CSA's - 15% of CV plus matching points - You get CV as you attain ranks and win it from TripleClicks - Therefore earn VP to get a rank.

5. Sell something at TripleClicks - you can profit from what you sell. Therefore be an ECA or list your old stuff.

6. Commission from ECA - 10% of the CV. Therefore encourage you PSA to become an ECA or recruit ECA in your place.

7. Earn from SFIPPA - You earn according to the activities done by your recruit using SFIPPA link.

Great questions. For me it works to give them my own testimony. After searching and trying other work at home opportunities SFI is the only business that has worked for me. You have asked a very good question which shows you want your team and yourself to succeed in SFI business.
Luckily for SFI affiliates everything we need to make a success of this business has been provided for us at no cost at all. So all you need to do is to be an awesome sponsor. How become one are all there for you to read, understand and then put them to practice on your team.
Having said the above things, you need to be innovative yourself. Lead by example. Be proud and passionate about your business as nobody wants to imitate a failure or something that does not have potential.
If I am you I will start with following things to show the potential in this business.
1) The success rate of SFI/triplclicks . SFI has been on for 16years plus. This is not a small achievement considering millions of fake online businesses that appear for few months, rip many people off their hard earned money and disappear .
2) We are in internet age. The world youngest millioners are all connected with internet. With them in one of the best online business (SFI ) the potential is very high and the sky is just their starting point provided they are ready for business as SFI is not a get rich scheme.
3) let them know that SFI / tripleclicks the have access to millions of people all over the world. SFI advertising their products and services free of charge.
4) No start up capital is required, no staff salary, free registration, free well research training that is better than none and free websites visited by millions of people daily. With all these tell me what an entrepreneur that want make it looking for again. This is massive potential in CAPITAL LETTERS!!!
5) Let them know that SFI for the past 16 years have paying out millions of dollars as commission to its affiliates. They have never deviated from that NEVER! This is a company with potential and should be trusted.
6) Give them a brief history of SFI /tripleclicks how they started with one product but today we they have millions of products. Don't forget to mention the president of SFI Gery Carson a multilevel marking guru, a good brand name and his wonderful and dedicated team working 24/7 to continue to keep SFI / tripleclicks on the top list. One adage in my place says show me who your friends are and I will predict your future for you.
7) Let them know that high rate of unemployment , world economies crumbling, many companies down siding their staff strength replacing them with modern technology just to cut cost, SFI have become a kind of succor for many and theirs will not be an exception .

Demonstrating all of the above is proof of the potential of SFI and TripleClicks.
Leaders won't lead with passion and enthusiasm if they think there is no potential in something.
It is the attitude and actions of the leader that drives motivation of the team.

That will not only demonstrate potential but that will be get most to take action. This builds even more over time.
You will find that it will get easier and easier to demonstrate the potential of SFI and TripleClicks the more you grow as a leader
And the bigger your team gets.

I use TripleClicks. People see SFI and think pyramid scheme. Use the fact that you are doing Marketing for TripleClicks ( in other words , doing work and earning commission) as the biggest motivation. People understand doing a "job" for a living . Explain that with TripleClicks you earn what you sell. (The more you sell , the more you earn.)

As for SFI , People sign up because they want to change their financial situation. Show them that a little constant afford can give you big returns. Show them how to get New affiliates and build their business.

The more you help them , the more you earn at the end of the day .

This may be over simplifying things, but why don't you ask your team to review Launchpad Lesson # 11 again ... Overnight Success ... NOT! It begins with "Today we're going to talk about having big goals...but REALISTIC goals. SFI holds tremendous potential for those who will apply themselves, but it's not going to happen overnight or without work" It goes on to give names and income of SFI / home business success stories. This particular Launchpad Lesson was such an eye opener for me - and I'm sure many others as well. It also instilled a challenge in me and a goal to work towards - fully understanding it won't happen overnight, but with patience, persistence and a little hard work (which never hurt anyone), the future will be very nice !
