There are many ways to be able to show your team the true potential of SFI and TripleClicks and to help them understand that potential. But it all starts with regular, valuable and consistent communication with your team.

Because SFI is internet based, then you should work on getting your team engaged through various communication mediums, including but not restricting yourself to SFI's built-in team mailer. Email, while considered by many to be passe, is still a powerful and effective communication platform. It is important to ensure that your team whitelist your email address just as they did with SFI's so that your email communiques with them are not flagged and discarded as spam.

You can also turn to various popular VOIP/IM platforms including Skype, Viber (similar to Skype and popular throughout the Asiatic regions), Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, etc. And let us not forget the many popular social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and so forth.

Once you have them engaged in regualr communication with you, you can choose different topics for discussion with your team to help them understand the kind of business SFI is and what it's potential can be. You can choose to discuss lessons from the LaunchPad series, the Internet Income course, SFI's compensation plan, etc.

Get them engaged in regular communication with you and you will have overcome your biggest obstacle... developing an active team.

It’s more important to be an example to your affiliates than to try and make them understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks.

Do everything necessary to be the best business owner in SFI. Do all your tasks every day, collect as many VersaPoints as possible every month, add as many Badges as possible, advertise every day and sponsor as many downline members as you can.

When they see you’re successful with your business they will try to duplicate your efforts to reach the same levels of success.They will also contact you to ask for help and when they do, communicate with them. Even if they don’t make contact with you, make contact with them. Build a relationship with them, give them advice, spread the word about new innovations in SFI.

The best thing you can do is lead by example and give them the real world examples of your own personal success stories from your time with SFI.

You don't have to feed people stories about how you can potentially earn thousands of dollars every month, tell them the truth, that if they apply themselves to promoting and putting some work in on a daily basis they should start to see some financial return for their efforts within a couple of months.

People often take a lot of time to understand that programs with the best potential require a great deal of time and effort and with that it can be hard to overcome the obsession with get rich quick schemes.

You will always find that there will only ever be a minority that realise the true potential and want to genuinely put the work in, it's your job as the leader to identify those such individuals and apply your efforts to offering them support in every way that you can

Thank you for asking the question for which I am seeking the answer too. But let me try to address this issue in short.


As a leader one of the responsibility is to Identify the qualities of each team and have communication with them and find out what made them sign up to SFI. You can find out apart from SFI are they into different business or doing a full time job or they are students or they are into SFI as part timers.

Once you know the real reason behind joining SFI ask them to set their goals and to share with you and then assure them that you are with them to see the goals are achieved provided they are ready to follow the SFI rules of Success and the guidelines you will provide them.

Check with them their level of understanding SFI business . Are they clear about the compensation plan and benefit chart? The more you communicate with them , more you will know how to explain them the real potential. Ask them if they understood the income calculator. If not show them the big picture. Showing the big picture to team members is more important to motivate them.

This way by knowing how they think about SFI as a business opportunity and adding your knowledge and experience in SFI as a leader you can take your team to a greater height.
