I'm sorry but there is no convincing; If you read through SFI training it says don't be pushy. Let SFI speak for it's self and it will be up to that person if they want to do the work, but they need to want to do it.
If they do join as a tire kicker send them right to the Start button and suggest they watch the start up video and answer their questions asap and they my just love it and be one of your top affiliates or not.

This is the part which everyone needs to master. I have created my earnings report and have blacked out some personal information of my self and others and I use that to motivate them. I usual tell them that if I can do it you can do it to. This way I ask them to join under me and once they do I provide all the help.
The other way is convince some one to try as it is free and there are no charges and once they do then I help them perform actions and gain points. Once they realize that they cannot loose there TL or EA2 status then I tell them about standing order a small investment for themselves to be in business. Most of the PSA agree to this.
Convincing is rather an art bundled with lots of other things.

Convincing people that SFI can yield them substantial income can be quite a tough task especially if the person concerned is an unbeliever.
In my opinion, the best way to go ahead is to explain the power of duplication. You could use the story about the man who designed the chess board and presented it to the King. The King was impressed and asked the person to name his reward. The wise man asked the king to give him one grain of rice on the first square, two on the second, four on the third and so on, doubling the number of grains on each square. The king was happy thinking that the total quantity of rice to be given as a reward would not be very large. However, when the amount was actually calculated, it turned out to be a huge figure as the board has 64 squares in all (in a 8*8 grid). The figure works out to be 9223372036854780000 grains on the last square itself.

People by their nature are sceptical of anything which suggests they can earn extra cash, especially when it is through an online medium, so if you want to try and sell SFI to someone as being an income generator, you need to be prepared to discuss with them the return which you have personally received from the program so as to prove that your claims of a substantial income are genuine and plausible.

Nothing is as convincing as hard proof. If you are getting a steady income from SFI, print out a record of your income starting from the beginning and add a short personal testimony. This way people can see how your income grew to where it is at right now. If you grab people's interest you can then explain how you got there and what you are planning to do to get even further ahead. But keep it personal or you will end up looking like a lot of those advertisements with big promises and the fine print saying "Results are not typical".

This is a good question that many wonder about. For my part, I think the convincing must come from your own experience. I am often skeptical of people who tell me how good everyone else is doing with something. Tell me how YOU are doing and be honest. That's what convinces me that something is worth doing.

If, like me, you are not yet in that situation to show someone your own earnings, you can refer them to some of the successful affiliates - who have been part of SFI for many years already.
In my opinion, that is the best testimonial. Who would spend years with a company if it is not worth their while (financially) for the effort they are putting into it?
Begin by showing them the numbers at the "earnings calculator". Then show them how to get the affiliates they entered and how to keep them. Explain that they must be patient and there is actual work involved. Try to get across to them how good it feels to nurture and guide a new PSA or CSA to new earnings and a fun second income. Finally explain that you are doing it and a good many of us are doing it; so why not be part of a great group of people and make some money!

Signs should lead them to a situation where they will themselves to be convinced.

First tell the people, who seem to be somewhat sceptial about it all, that SFI has been here for C.C.A 17-18 years, that it's a very strong organization, and the profits made here are as real as gold.
