Your TCredits are as good as cash, hence, use them judiciously. TCredits can be used to buy products, as prizes for contests organised up by you, for playing at games, etc. These are all listed in the SFI website.
My advice is to use these to further your SFI business. Participating in auctions gives you a chance to win more TCredits, PSAs, CSAs, domains, units of S Builder Co-op etc. Besides you can get Double MRP on particular auctions. These MRPs can be used to purchase more such products. This can be done till your business achieves critical mass, after which you will have extra TCredits at your disposal.
TCredits can be used to purchase products or win them at auctions. Wins at auctions can be at substantial discounts from the prices these products normally retail at.
Encouraging your team members with prizes of TCredits will motivate them to perform better benefitting you through duplication. A vibrant team is the basis for a successful SFI venture.

What ads have been the most effective for you in sponsoring quality affiliates?

Advertising can be done in various forms - word of mouth, press releases, print ads, social media, etc.
In all advertising it is essential to determine your target audience and then decide on the medium of advertisement. For example, retired people have time on their hand and talking to them could be a good option, so also ads in newspapers as many of them read a lot.
Your advertisement must start with an attention captivating sentence/phrase - one that appeals to the person. A retired person may be concerned that he is now doing nothing productive or may be worried about his financial position. Therefore a catch line about a new source of income or about using time to generate income may attract attention.
All ads should give contact details for registration as affiliates or posting queries regarding the program.
Most importantly get started as soon as possible without waiting to plan too much as no ad is worth until and unless is it put out for all to see.

These are two separate categories of potential clients/ affiliates/ team leaders. There is absolutely no need to choose one and neglect the other group. Both have to be addressed differently
Target each group according to their perceived needs of financial security, making productive use of their time, helping others, convenience of ordering from home and getting products delivered at the doorstep, savings etc.
Building your team with active members from both these target groups will help you build a diverse team that can deliver even in adverse economic conditions

What would be a good way to hold offline classes or seminars to train my PSAs about SFI and TripleClicks?

Offline classes or seminars are a great idea to promote SFI and TripleClicks and to disseminate knowledge about the business and the opportunity it provides affiliates.
I assume you have already contacted people who are interested in joining as affiliates.
The first thing you will need is an appropriate venue to conduct the classes or seminars. If your residence is conveniently located and you have sufficient space, you could use this as a cost effective option. Otherwise you will need to scout for a place that you can use for the seminar. Halls which are normally given for philanthropic purposes can be an option.
Inform all potential participants of the time and venue well in advance. Also check if you have place to accommodate more than the invited number of participants. If you do have extra seating arrangement, you could tell the invitees to bring along any other interested people as well. All changes in the venues and timings must be promptly intimated to all participants.
Ensure that the program starts on time and that the speaker (you) is well prepared on the subject matter. Also include a question and answer session to clarify the doubts that many of the participants will, no doubt, have. This will also give them confidence in the business model you are promoting.
Finally, ensure to collect the contact numbers, email addresses, etc. of the participants for follow up action. This will help you keep in touch with those who are unable to make up their minds immediately.
Other arrangements like a adequate sound system (for large halls) and arrangement for basic snacks etc. could enhance the experience for the participants.

Affiliates should normally have their long term goal set to making SFI a paying business so that they are in a position to depend entirely on this source of income.
In achieving this goal, there are several sub-goals that they can set themselves:
1. Educating themselves about the SFI opportunity and gaining an expert level of knowledge of the methods to be used and the business model.
2. Building an active and vibrant team
3. Setting up promotion websites, blogs, classifieds, other offline promotions, etc. to generate sales and gain team members (affiliates)
4. Setting up active lines of communication for affiliates and prospective affiliates/ customers to get in touch with them.
Besides these, they should list the shortcomings which they notice as they go about doing the SFI business. Overcoming these impediments to their growth would also need to be included in their list of goals.

Where can I get good content for my SFI blog without infringing on copyrighted material?

The best way to get good content for your SFI Blog is to write it yourself. All it takes is some effort on your part. The SFI website itself has a lot of matter which can be used. You can also collate material to make up new articles.
Some authors do not mind sharing their articles freely or while imposing certain conditions to be met. You can et in touch with the authors of articles that you like to ask for permission to repost the articles. This would not be infringing on their copyrights.
You could also request your friends who have a gift of writing to pen down a few articles for you in their spare time.
Finally, if you can afford it, you can hire writers, either online or offline, to get the articles written.

The marketing methods recommended would be determined based on two main criteria:
1. Their ability and experience
2. Their capacity to invest in the business
Affiliates who have no previous experience in marketing can try their hands at contacting people (word of mouth), distributing pamphlets, classified advertisements as well as promotion on social media and online platforms. They would be well advised to start out by contacting friends and family who would be more receptive and encouraging in their new venture. Close relatives and friends could provide excellent suggestions for improvements and point out mistakes which they should avoid while contacting other potential customers/ affiliates
The capacity to invest funds in the business could be a determining factor of the marketing methods to use. A person willing to invest can try out almost any means of advertising. However a person who needs to make this business pay for itself will have to tap free avenues for advertising like social media, word of mouth advertising and free classified advertisements and directories.

Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

There is a difference between bribing and promotion. Bribing is aimed at gaining undue favours. Gift Certificates, TCredits and other incentives would certainly not come within this category.
As human beings, the expectation of rewards gets the best out of us. It prods us on to give our best and work to our full potential.
In my opinion Gift Certificates, TCredits and other incentives will work well to encourage your team to do its best, thereby benefitting each member of the team, including you. To be successful, the rewards should be commensurate with the results achieved. If used judiciously, these rewards/ incentives will not come back and bite you.

I suggest you go in for both if you can devote sufficient time. Each one work differently and has its advantages. Both will help you to attract more traffic to SFI and TripleClicks which will enhance your earnings.
A blog about SFI has the advantage of containing information specifically relating to SFI and its business. A person looking for details about SFI will find it very useful. However it could appear too much like a advertising site which can put off some online users.
A hosted website gives a touch of professionalism to your SFI efforts. Besides it contains articles on various subjects which ultimately lead a user to reviewing offerings from SFI. As such it is a more subtle way of promotion and the user does not feel like he is being ensnared by advertisers.

How do you convince someone that they can earn a substantial income with SFI?

Convincing people that SFI can yield them substantial income can be quite a tough task especially if the person concerned is an unbeliever.
In my opinion, the best way to go ahead is to explain the power of duplication. You could use the story about the man who designed the chess board and presented it to the King. The King was impressed and asked the person to name his reward. The wise man asked the king to give him one grain of rice on the first square, two on the second, four on the third and so on, doubling the number of grains on each square. The king was happy thinking that the total quantity of rice to be given as a reward would not be very large. However, when the amount was actually calculated, it turned out to be a huge figure as the board has 64 squares in all (in a 8*8 grid). The figure works out to be 9223372036854780000 grains on the last square itself.
