First off I don't think you should be trying to convince someone about joining SFI. Let the facts speak for themselves. Tell them about SFI, about the successes you have had in the program and how many people worldwide join each day! Most people do not want to hear about new program's from someone else, they like to see it for themselves. So, give that potential new affiliate your gateway and let them explore the World of SFI for themselves. If they are really interested after seeing with their own eyes just how great this business is, they will take that next step! Don't you hate those high pressure salesmen? I know I do and so do most people. Tell about your business,let them look it over and decide for themselves.

You can make substantial income by referring PSAs and by training them to become active. PSA means personal sponsored affiliates, whenever they make purchase you as the sponsor gets 45% CV. Also when they become EA2 you will also get free 100 versapoints from them. Imagine you have 10 active PSAs working under you every month you will gain 1000 vp from them. Remember before you can gain substantial income in SFI you yourself have to be really active. You need 1500 versapoints to maintain your rank as EA2 every month and you can easily maintain that by having active members under you and you can also set up a standing order to maintain that for you. But being an EA2 is not the end you must also think big and aim high. We have a more higher rank in SFI known as Bronze Team Leader, when you become a BTL you are entitled to one large share of CSAs from SFI and if you also attain the position of BTL2 you are also entitled to $10 and another one large share of CSAs. If you are able to duplicate all these achievements to your affiliates and they become a BTL, you would be given 100 vp + 150 vp= 250vp on each of your affiliate that became BTL. So calculate 250vp * 10 active affiliates that is 2500 vp with this you can start earning free without investment. Remember their 3000 vp that makes them the BTL would also be converted to cash for plus other EA2 up to your sixth generation as a BTL. You can also earn substantial income by being an ECA or referring one or more ECAs. ECA means company that sell their products or services with TripleClicks. When you refer ECA and they become active you would earning 10% CV per month.

I’m glad you’ve asked this question. It was also so interesting for me from the beginning . According to my experience the most important thing in this SFI job is a team work, you cannot lose cause we work for each other not just for ourselves. That means you’ll not just get moral support, you’ll get instructions, advice at any time, financial help, for example, in a way that if you’re in a lack of VP (Versa Points which are needed to confirm your status) your sponsor, co-sponsor, up – line member or somebody else from your team will help you. There are many different ways to do it: through giving TC (TCredits), GC (Gift Certificate) or on many other ways your affiliates or customers can be rewarded. It is important to keep each other active. Their success is your success, too and opposite. I think that is the most important fact here in this job which should be explained to new possible members to gain their confidence. To conclude there are 3 key words which should be explaind: support – team work – confidence.

YOU be the example. On your T-Connect Page(and on all screens for that matter)are the badges you've earned, as well as your Versa Points(both collected for the current month and accumulated). A curious person who just beginning their business and see the badges on your page and ask themselves, 'How can I earn that?' Then you have the opportunity to inspire them to actively stay involved in their business.

Other than that, encourage them to do the things that build their business DAILY: checking their messages, logging in, participating in the Pricebenders auctions, etc.

If a person is a little rough around the edges with an internet business, it might be quite a task to ease their skepticism. When people think of home-based businesses, they almost always assume that it means earning thousands a month like their ads claim, but they end up thinning their wallets for bogus information and don't earn jack squat.

Tell them that SFI is not your typical BS scam, but a legitimate business. Let them know about their accreditation with the Better Business Bureau; maybe that'll help alleviate the bad taste in the mouths of many left by the bitter flavor of the usual "get rich quick" schemes.

Simple. Prove to them that you are earning a substantial income with SFI. As a new affiliate, to be honest this will be difficult, as you have no income to show them and you will be wasting your time trying to convince them otherwise.

In the beginning try to convince them that you have come across a business opportunity that if the right approach is applied there are possibilities of earning an extra income that can grow exponentially over a period of time dependent on the amount of input, investment and effort and action that one is prepared to commit to the business.

And that's the point. You have to find like minded people and that in its self is not a simple task, however when you do find them they are your GEMS in this type of business and need nurturing.

I think you should personally look for affiliates and show them that you are successful and earning a recurring income. People want to see success and do not want to be convinced. By many people, “seeing is believing”

You should also be very honest with them and tell them that SFI gives every affiliate a free start in this business and if they are serious and willing to invest some time and invest a small amount of cash, they will be on their way the a successful business and a recurring income for life.

You must also tell them that SFI is not a quick rich scheme to enrich yourself overnight, but it is a business that is working and in their 16th year and are still growing daily. You can refer that to the growth page on your homepage.

You should not try to convince them.

If you share your success with the program with enthusiasm. Telling them what your success has been and telling them you are ready to help them have the same success.

Then if they are motivated they will want to join you. If they are not motivated they are just going to waste your time and it is better to move on.

You need to recruit quality people who will make your team stronger.
