To me, using the TC Gift Cards are like planting seed in the ground: It takes time to fully see the harvest.

True results will only be measured over time. Let's say you buy a 50 pack of Gift Cards, and you distribute them out in a week. Assuming only a ten percent response rate, here are the realistic results:

30 people will never use the Gift Card.
11 people will use the Gift Card, then throw it away.
4 people will not have a clue.

Which means only five(5)

Julia,

You enthusiasm is just the beginning. How large you want it to get is entirely up to you...

It starts with example. As I said, enthusiasm is just a start. There are many different avenues you can use to pursue this quest:

1. A blog that describes both SFI and Triple Clicks in a easy to understand way;
2. A capture page;
3. Showing off things you won at a Triple Clicks auction; remember, evidence speaks-it just doesn't work in a court of law;

To be honest, you don't have to do anything special to attract college students, or anyone, for that matter. Just let them see your excitement and enthusiasm for the SFI business. That will attract people more than your words.

The SFI Gift Card is a great marketing tool. Everyone(not just college students)likes the sound of FREE! Distribute them out to excited prospects...and let them know that when they join SFI, they can get paid doin' the same thing.

The best way to stand out from the crowd is also the most obvious: Lead by example.

It would be very hypocritical to ask your Affiliates to do something that you are NOT doing! 'Do as I say, not as I do' doesn't working in parenting-and it sure doesn't work in a business.

So, do what you know to do. Log in everyday. Keep tabs with your PSA's and CSA's. Maintain that Standing Order. Encourage. Teach. Inspire. Participate.

First of all, there is no 'pat' answer to this question. As a Current/Future Team Leader, you have only three jobs to do:

1.Motivate
2.Inspire
3.Excite

On that basis, create your message as if you were writing it to yourself. You don't like boring, pat letters, right?

Let him/her know that you are happy they have joined SFI, and especially that they're a part of your team!

Next, let them know that you are available. This will help you more than

Rick Warren said in The Purpose Driven Life, 'If you want to know how something works, the best person to ask is the creator of it.'

It is the same with you. There are no shortcuts to success. Real success(in anything) requires effort, willingness to learn and a commitment of time.

SFI has a clear cut formula to success for every Affiliate. All one has to do...is follow the instructions, and you can and will succeed. If you're not sure how something works, there's always help

Before I begin, please understand that I'm not discouraging ANYONE from getting a college degree. College is an awesome venture to undertake. But take a long guess where our college graduates are working. Does Starbucks ring a bell?

Sadly, in our economic whirlwind, most graduates don't end up with a job-only debt. Two-thirds of college graduates end up working in jobs OUTSIDE their major.

For some people, being in SFI is another stream of income to supplement their regular job. For others, they have dove in with both feet, running their SFI business full-time.

The answer to that question varies with the individual.

But I reality, nobody desires to be mediocre-otherwise, they wouldn't have joined in the first place! Three universal goals come to mind, however:

1. Become the best learner. Learners are earners.
2. Participate.(This one is obvious,

To properly answer that question would depend upon your motive in doing so.

If your goal is to reward fast starters or acknowledge a milestone reached, then by all means, GO FOR IT! This is merely a small investment in the future of your business.

On the other hand, if you're attempting to 'convince' someone to join or stay with SFI, it wouldn't matter what you offered them. They got to want it themselves, not by you 'begging' them.

Times are hard. Many people attempt

YOU be the example. On your T-Connect Page(and on all screens for that matter)are the badges you've earned, as well as your Versa Points(both collected for the current month and accumulated). A curious person who just beginning their business and see the badges on your page and ask themselves, 'How can I earn that?' Then you have the opportunity to inspire them to actively stay involved in their business.

Other than that, encourage them to do the things that build their business DAILY:
