A good long term goal in SFI if you're an affiliate is to create a least 5 active affilliates in your sponsorship. Then train them to do exactly what you're doing. When training your affiliates can be a long term thing because first it takes time to find active people. People who will take this seriously they are like finding a needle in a heystack. So, to find those people you have to go out there promote SFI, you have to be willing to feel challenged and resistance.

Setting Goals are just one part of the Strategic Planning process.

You start with VISION - What is my vision of the future I seek?

Next you set your MISSION - To realize this vision, what should my purpose or mission be?

Then you get to GOALS - What are the short-term and long-term check points or mile posts I need to set up to ensure I stay on my mission and realize my vision?

Finally you get to PLANS - Map out the specific route you will take to reach

That depends on the affiliates. Is the person in debt? Is the person wanting to improve standard of living? After checking the affiliate's profile, if it has been filled out, you may gain some insights. A person should set long-term goals of becoming a Team Leader, at each level, at whatever speed is desirable and there should be a challenge. I believe the Goals area really covers everything here. So be sure to encourage your affiliates to complete their goal setting at the beginning and also

Long-term goals should be something between realistic and your dream goals. Why?
- Realistic goals are something that you will achieve for sure if you work hard enough, but if you push yourself to the limits and move boundaries, you can achieve something that you could only dream about in the past. Remember there is always more, once you achieve what you wanted – set new goals and work for results.

There is such a diverse group of people at SFI and each person has a different reason for being apart of this absolutely wonderful opportunity. I think that it is impossible to give a generic goal for everyone because one person may not seek what another person is seeking. Therefore, in my opinion, a person's long term goal should be whatever will improve or enhance that person's life. It could be anything from mastering an advertising technique to the ability to quit one's job. Either way, setting

Hi Keith,
That's a very interesting question you pose...

My thinking is that all of us have our own specific reason for joining SFI, and some will be wanting a short to medium term income, and others will be looking for a long term income from their SFI business venture.

So really, it may well be not that relevant for us, as a Leader, to try to tell our Affiliates what Long-Term goals they need to set. That is really up to them, and them alone!

However, although

Great question. I believe the sky is the limit. Knowing the different ways to earn an income with SFI (my favorite being duplication)helps. Once you get an overall understanding of how SFI works you can then set term goals. Read.. read.. and read some more. The Launchpad lessons are helpful, read the Forum messages, Go through all of the Training tabs and ask questions if there is something you don't understand. Your up-line is there to help with those questions, reach out to them as much as possible.

Good Question. Most of the people are undecided about their long term goal in life.
However, those joined SFI must have impending requirement in their life.Nobody is really
satisfied what they have got. But, one must look for long term goal in terms of the following:

1. A shelter/house
2. Vehicle
3. Regular residual income in later period of life to look after daily needs, medical expenses and social requirement.

Wish good luck to all for fulfillment of setting

A good long-term goal that an affiliate should set for themselves is unique to each individual affiliate. This particular question has no right or wrong answer, in my opinion, because it all depends on what motivates each individual. In my case, a motivating long term goal for me is to be able to go on more luxurious holidays in a year. Once the goal is established, the next step is how to achieve the goal and that is where SFI comes in. By working hard at SFI, I hope to be able to achieve my
