Your question is not worded properly because no one is going to give you their best performing anything to water it down. What you have to do is test ads for performance over time and see what works best for you.

It is very important to make short and clear ads..
But, the best way to see what ad is the most effective is to make different ads and put keycodes in it.. On that way you can see which ad have many hits and which ad bring to you many afiliates..
So, always make different ads, try to change it, to make it better and to chech which is the most effective with keycodes..
1. There are BILLIONS of Websites and blogs. Use a search engine like Google to find Websites and blogs that interest you. Now start surfing. When you find one you like and/or that you know has a good amount of traffic, contact the Webmaster (there's usually a "Contact Us" link in the footer or header of most sites) and ask about advertising on their site. You might be shocked at how cheap you can get banners on some fairly high traffic sites.
The marketing made available by SFI is as complete as possible, ranging from Time Machine to the TC music from Wave 3 (W3) at TripleClicks, from sponsorship of the Gift Card at auctions. Every tool at our disposal is important and effective to be able to build a team of quality affiliates. What is important is to find the right channel, and the number of people who will read your ad. In marketing SFI I also found that text ads you can use and modify your way to attract attention and curiosity.
For me the text ads provided in the marketing aids page has proven to be very effective even in email campaigns. I find using these along with ecards prove to be more effect in signing up affiliates. In other words, email ads to people you know and personally referring friends on social media attracts quality affiliates.
Text ads are most simple and economical yet effective way of advertising. It will work at all places. You can place short ads in classified ads website, newspapers, email signatures, blogs etc. Here is an example from Marketing Aids section of SFI.

My personal opinion is as follows:
Advertisements should not be long ... In a few appropriate sentence can be said without much twisting and complicating ...
Should be uzbegavati words like "quick" profits and mentioning any figures, and enrichment through the night because we all know that at this business can not do without reading, learning and effort can not succeed ...
So be honest with yourself first, and the others, and succes is guaranteed!!!
