In my own opinion, it would be best to advertise SFI in your own country as you alone know about the local conditions.
Once you begin to see results, you can then widen your advertising campaigns by advertising to other countries. The most appropriate would be the countries on the top of the leader boards.
I cannot say SFI attracts more a certain country than another one. SFI attracts usually people who can work on this platform and who really want to remain working in it because they need this. I would suggest that you focus on areas where there are people with computers and who know using them, who have some funds for the daily living and who can sustain this activity of creating a passive income.
I don't know if you can Actually say, "Which are the Best Countries to Advertise?" It Varies each and Everyday. Of course, the United States would be Number One. I Believe it's How you Advertise, not so much as Where. Research some of the Statistics and don't Limit your Advertising to just one Culture. SFI'S Growth Tab shows the Cornucopia of how many Different Countries are involved with SFI.

From my personal experience there are no rules when i uka is the best time to advertise SFI and which country is most active, as far as people who want to work in SFI.
I do not know which method you use to advertise and how to reklamiras, I use APS to advertise in over a thousand groups and encounters many interested PSA from many countries around the world, but very few continue to operate.
It is best to sanctify every dog ??from anywhere in the world, try to keep at least 5 active PSA and the best way to guide them in this work, and help potage of your upline team leaders and success will come.
There are no rules in advertising, all countries are equally represented.
I'm saying this from my personal experience, I hope you will answer this at least a little help.

One can advertise in those countries who have higher tendency to shop online and have high paying capacity and the local competitors are outweighed by the products at tripleclick. Its not of much use where only a small percentage of population have access to internet and that also for informational purpose only.
Since the economy is bad around the world it is my opinion all countries are best to advertise a company such as SFI, it's been said " the world is our oyster" and if you can find a pearl among the many oysters then you have found untold riches. I'm sorry to tell those who limits other countries as not advertisement, either your net is defective or you need a larger net. If SFI is global, duh!
We should not be looking on the solely on the more number of affliliates joining from Country A, Country B etc. We have to see which country producing more business, i.e., more active affiliates. We don't need dead/virtual people joining, we need real people who really want to take our business to the next level.
So we should be focusing advertising on those countries where we get more "real" people.
