If someone wants to do this job, language is not important , they only need desire and willingness to learn and work!

Sponsor is also not important as somebody think!

My sponsor is from my country and some of up-lines but I did not learn from them ....read, read and learn from SFI site!

I will tray to give you two answers on your question !

For myself success is not measurable category.
Success is when I feel good while I am doing something.
If I am frustrated it is not success.
It is my point of view of success.
Success is when you are feeling good when somebody else is happy (winner of games, auction...)

Of course there are a lot of way for measuring success.
These are the numbers, the statistics...useful for doing job very well.
Some people think that money, winning, being better than others are success.
It is their right to feel that way.

Best ways for measuring are effectiveness and efficiency.
The essence of these two ways to achieve the goals (profit) with low risk investments and get satisfied customer.
1-Effectiveness is the ratio of planned and realized ( goals, earnings, number of Awards ,the numbers of wins auction ...). All these you can put into the formula and calculate.
After that make an analysis and plans for the improvement and adjustment.
If you measure effectiveness you have to continually improve the effectveness.
This shall include determination of aplicabile methods, including statistical techniques and the extent of their use.
2.Efficiency is one of the basic concepts of economics, and is the realization of an economic objective with minimal cost, effort or loss.
Simple words: how much you spent and how much you earned ?.
Do not think only about money but all the resources are used (time, paper for flayer , better internet connection... )
Ways of measure are the same like for effectiveness.
If there are nonconformities of planned and actual you have to take action to eliminate the causes of nonconformities in order to prevent recurrence...
This type of measurement can be applied to all activities in SFI.

Good luck with measure but never forget to pay atention how you are feeling with SFI.

I think the best use of MRP based on your needs.
If you need to reach rank or you need TC the best is to bay TC with MRP.
You can save them for the next month or bay something on Triple Clicks.

I like your question very much because I have a lot of fun with my friends about Gift Cards.

A few pieces I gave to my friends potential members of SFI !
They did not use the Gift card and I decided to go to their house because they are my close friends.
I'll do the next days, and together with them log on and show them Triple Clicks and SFI
The point is that they need a job but just sit and wait.
Others will receive Gift Cards as a birthday gift with a bank gift card. I'll tell them to open the computer and buy birthday gift.
Now I am looking for a better target group.
