Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?

Not a good idea. This could be telling your team that sfi is all about themselves, when really they should following your leadership " as the saying goes they succeed, you succeed." I hope you rethink this idea before you decide to take on a team of your own, as this may mislead others giving them false hopes of creating a successful business. You can do it, you just need to believe in yourself.
How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

This sums it up for me-Unity is strength...when there is team work and collaboration wonderful things can be achieved. Being a leader is a learned skill that can be mastered. You are leading every day and your team will turn in to leaders because of you. Whatever you do, do it well keep it up and do it better.
