Often we wonder whether leaders are born or made .

We can evaluate two theories. On the one hand there are many people who tend to think that the reason there are not many leaders is the need to have a set of innate characteristics. On the other hand , the enormous capacity of modifying human behavior is observed and tend to think that humans can all be aprendido.Los Leaders are born and it is possible to say that leaders are born but also true.

Under the approach we choose to opt for a theory or another. Thus, a theory is based on the born leader , that leadership is a matter of personality and therefore can only be those leaders who are born to such . You are born with these characteristics or not born .

Both theories , although apparently opposed, are partly right . The most suitable personality never reach the leadership if the situation is not conducive to him , and also , the most appropriate leadership situation will not ever a person without the right personality . Therefore, the leadership can say that is the union of a suitable personality in a favorable situation . That is why it is increasingly accepted more easily and in a more general way that leaders are born and made .

You can not deny that there is an inherent potential that comes in our genes. But there is another force, perhaps the most important , which is the set of external influences, acquired through knowledge , experience , interactions , more or less guided and decided by the free will of each individual.

There is no magic wand that will make us leaders of the overnight . Leaders are forged , they go by themselves , and when the time comes , their opportunity , they are there to lead the group to the desired goal.

It follows that innate requirements for leadership are very low. Intelligence , learning and opportunity are the keys of all leadership .

Consequently , leadership is the result of innate personality attached to learning acquired through training and training that leads a person to be the right to resolve a situation in a timely manner.

Not everyone is a born teamleader (myself included). If you are a parent like most of us are you can relate, no one is ready for what's to come but we still face it with a smile. You can be a team leader even if you are not a born leader, because the more you learn the best you can help your team. Teach them to do what you do, guide them to be team leaders themselves, at least one will surprise you. And always remember even a shy person can be team leader in SFI, because unless you have your webcam on, your team can't see you. They can't see your expresions and makes you feel less afraid to communicate with them.
Everyone can be a team leader. SFI made sure we have all the tools needed to lead!

First of all, I will say that nobody is a born leader. Leadership does not come automatically. You have to fight against odds to become a leader. Those who are quitter by nature and surrenders in odd situation can never become a leader. Don't afraid of defeats. You must learn how to fight and turn a losing game into a winning game. Make yourself strong enough and develop leadership quality within you. Make yourself strong enough and be ready to face any challenge in SFI, spare time to read training materials available in SFI, learn and spread your knowledge to your PSAs, refer at least 5 new PSAs every month, train them and advise them to duplicate same thing. If you do all these things, you will become SFI team leader with ease. All the best.

No one is born as leader, the fact is to being a team leader is not that easy and it's not that tough. By the experience and the help from your upline you can easily become leader.

Best way to be team leader is lead by example. Get trained trough the massive materials provided and do the same with your team by sharing your knowledge with them.

Constant communication is the good way to keep track of team to give support if they needed.

Perform your daily, weekly and monthly tasks to get action VPs as well as sales VPs to gain rank as Team Leader and motivate the same to your team.

I don't think anyone was born a leader. Becoming one is a series of hard working and studying. If we studied all the material in SFI and understood them we can become a good example to our team members.

Also being able to take decisions and stand up for them is a good quality in leadership. Sometimes these decisions are wrong, so being able to admit our mistakes is good but trying to solve them is better.

My point of view of a leader is to see him or her appreciating their followers work and actually acknowledge it.

And always remember, it's all about the entire team, If they succeed you succeed and if they see your progress they will copy.

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?
A Team Leader, by definition, is one who leads a team. One who leads by example, by providing guidance, by providing the right direction, by motivating his/her team members, by making them realize & achieve their true potential, by constantly challenging them to expand their horizons.
Leaders are made, they are not born. They are made by hard effort, which is the price which all of us must pay to achieve any goal that is worthwhile, Look around SFI – you will see ordinary people who are successful leaders because of their commitment and determination.
The best way to become a team leader is to set the example by:

1. doing everything on the To Do List
2. completing the Launchpad lessons
3. learning as much as you can about SFI
4. read positive books and listen to motivational speakers
5. hang around people that will encourage you and support you in your efforts to build SFI

Throughout this process you will achieve EA, EA2, BTL and so on by doing everything that is recommended by SFI. Use your sponsor's experience to help you move on and up. By doing these things you will become a leader and the people on your team will see what you are doing and if they want to become successful, will follow your example. When you encourage your team members and reward them they will be motivated to achieve more. Be there to listen to them, answer their questions and help them in any way you can. This is how you become a Team Leader.

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?
Anyone can become a good team leader just by leading by example He/she would coach, motivate and provide guidance. A good team leader will guide, instruct, support, and just be there to provide feedback, good or bad.

You need to work hard to become a strong team leader. Follow these steps and you will succeed:
1. Listen and don't dictate
2. Encourage - show that completing a task will make success possible no matter how difficult or how long it takes to complete
3. Include everyone - don't leave anyone out, if you learn something new share it
4. Know what you are talking about - don't pretend to know something, research and ensure you provide the team the right information
5. Enjoy being a leader - stay positive
6. Pay attention to morale of your team - notice when someone hasn't made an effort to complete their daily to do list and send out a kind note to encourage that individual to continue trying vs giving up
7. Share your experience - others can learn by example
8. Reward - reward someone for succeeding at a task I.e. If someone moved from affiliate to a BTL
9. Give a shout out an applause to a team member for any type of accomplishment
10. Be a friend to your teammates and coach them along

First at all,you have to be reasonable, independent and convinsing because it is very important that people trust you. Everyone who became a Team Leader in SFI is 100% ready to do that job. In SFI training lessons you will get experience and knowledge about all you need to be a good Team Leader.You have to learn,read and COMMUNICATE with people in your team and of course your sponsor too.
So you do not have to be a born Team Leader but patient, have a strong will and you will be a great Team Leader. Believe in yourself,your dreams and NEVER GIVE UP !!
