I would say the most important thing to be successful in this job is patience. Because you cant succeed in this job if you are not patient. Other most important thing is determination. You need to be persistent and log in every day, learn, study, ask questions, and of course you need to be prepared to become a team leader. Also, a lot of people will not be active when they join, but that is life, and that is how things work in this job, but also there will ALWAYS be someone who is willing to work. So, you need to move on, advertise, work with people who are active and success will come.

Patience, more patience , still more patience and eye for details are the main personal characteristics one should possess to become successful in SFI. We should understand that this is a total business portal teaching us from the first lessons and making us to top class achievers . So merely clicking and scoring day to day actions points ,though is very important, is just a beginning. You have to build your team and only such multiplication will start bringing you returns in real terms. Interactions with others in your team , surfing through SFI forums, ASK SC etc. all assume at most importance for success. You will be surprised to find your own transformation once you go through and graduate the basic of SFI.

As mentioned this is a total business portal and there are several opportunities waiting in Tripleclicks and developing highly committed ECAs will definitely bring handsome dividends. So realisation itself that this is not a formula to become rich overnight will bring you many many positive results in future.

What an interesting and thought provoking question you pose:

A lot has been written by now by many more experienced and knowledgeable Affiliates than myself, but it has got me deeply thinking. Here is what I have come up with:

(1) First and foremost, the 'personal characteristics' needed must include:

** a deep desire and need to succeed . which is focused, like a passion at what you are doing within the SFI sphere of business.

** determination, discipline and a doggedness are also key characteristics I can suggest. (daily logging-in is a key component to success with SFI - and this will need a certain amount of your discipline and determination).

** the ability to 'interact' and befriend fellow Affiliates, to build your A2A network, plus the interest and enjoyment to recruit new PSA's and ECA's to strengthen and build towards your eventual success with SFI. Duplication is KEY to succeeding in SFI, so a constant flow of new Affiliates will be needed, bearing in mind that only one out of a hundred may turn out to be a 'gem'.

(2) Secondly, as to the Skills. Well, I think a few are:-

** the basic computer skills, in order to take advantage of all the training programmes and marketing tools within the SFI business modules.
** the ability to communicate by email and other internet systems, like Face Book and Twitter., as these will help in the marketing of your SFI business.
** being able to 'organise and plan', will help, although the SFI Basics are really excellent in providing the platform for this.
** a creating flair will be an advantage, to find more Affiliates in the right places, and to help 'duplicate'.
** to be able to put into practise all the teachings from SFI training etc, will certainly be an important skill to have.

No doubt there are many more, but herewith a few which I hope will help.

Hi,

Nothing is impossible in this world. Be passionate, Be serious, Be hard worker.

If you are thinking you are behind the other people you can not success in any work you choose.

The SFI is recommending even 18 year student to start SFI business and start your earning early. So, it need only high school qualification or may be less, only your basic English little bit good.

The SFI itself has been provided lot of free material to learn. there is no evil to scared in this business like you are asking for skilled or unskilled. Learn seriously, take your time about 3 to 6 months and don't give up, this will be slow but sure and after you start your life in the high profile society, high profile business, and high profile life. Again I will say be passionate.

First and foremost, be steadfast. It takes dedication to build a business. Or, in layman's terms, never give up.

Stay focused and don't get discouraged. SFI isn't just some fly-by-night operation, so you needn't worry about getting ripped off to make money.

People who succeed with SFI and any other endeavor all have strong characters. They don't stop when they are ridiculed. They are generous when there's not much to give, but they give from the heart. They are rock islands when the sea gets rough and surf mercilessly keeps pounding them but they know there's an end to every bad thing. They are people with the correct road map to navigate in the right city.

As for skills, well, everyone is endowed with skills built in them. With these skills all we have to do is sharpen them, and consider SFI as your sharpener. SFI already has all the right materials, training, and support all it lack is the person to put it to the test (you). The skill you need is to know how to get online, read,listen,understand,implement, and execute.
