First you need to find a group on Facebook where you can advertise that you can start to help your sponsor so they will give you access to a couple of groups where advertised. Young people have great potential, especially students who have IT knowledge, which means that your idea and be able to apply at work. Early acquisition of experience in the business young student with an extensive experience and motivation, which I think is already a winner. Also, SFI business is free-there is no neophyte capital as a rule most the problem.In their ads always mention that job you can do it. What to offer to attract their attention? Why are the best? Being an associate is very likely searching for such information, which shows his interest in the job. Edit, renew your blog. Updated each time a blog is getting better, better and appealing. 3 week fasting and more people will come to the information and thus show readers that you are serious in your job and leave a professional impression. At the end of the blog be sure to place the call for entry.

About that I thing when I have started to work in SFI.
What is the most important to do when I became a leader team?
After all:
1. Support for your team
2. Ready in knowledge
Have information ( study after all) about new guidelines in job, how you could give your team notice, help them to solve the problem. Have on your mind if your team is success that is the way to success.
3. Communicative
Everyday communication with your team eg Facebook, sending an e mail ( in an e mail you could commend your team member or give him some note eg if it is the end of month what should he do for his work) and similary.
4. Have a positive thought
Just think positive and be positive with your team.
5. Responsible
Work every day and finish your job for that day. Be good example to other, to your team.
6. Hard working
If you have some goals, don't give up. Just keep going.

To be successful in SFI personal characteristics of each individual should be perseverance and work discipline. Serious and hard work gives the results.
Skill is a talent that we carry in ourselves and recognize when it should be well usedin the best way.
In my opinion needed skills for success in the SFI are:
- good leader
- good teacher
- good student
- good organizer
- good reader
How do you handle prospects and affiliates who expect to get rich fast?

Usually, people that want to make some money very quickly in my opinion aren't realistic.
Money isn't on the road that you can in every moment pick. We need to be realistic, for everything is need time, because during that time we learn about our work, we meet out products... It is true that without work we can't make any money, and that we could right do our work we need education.
So, we need to work, read and be patience. Every day do our tasks, advertise what means work on team building, write some blog how we could progress our work, participate in auctions, send answers in SC, set up a standing order,buy the products from Tripleclicks. With responsible work results will follow which will of course be accompanied by a cash profit.

Which is better...doing two separate blogs about SFI and TripleClicks...or a single blog about BOTH?

SFI and Tripleclicks should have two separate blog in which each of them is supposed to promote.
In this way, both come to the fore, and the reader gets the impression of competition with each other. Blog is good marketing to promote the SFI and Tripleclicks.
Will they find your blog readers, you already think it's a bigger problem ... that is the question. That's why a blog should be written in an interesting, simple words in order to keep the attention of the reader because, unfortunately, the fact is that people increasingly prefer to read.
So I think, a blog is a great marketing for SFI and TripleClikcks but it must be interesting and brief.
